Whitefield Academy LB gets the big-time offers

Whitefield Academy linebacker Kris Redding is taking an official visit to Louisville this weekend.

The 6-foot-4, 232-pound outside linebacker currently has offers from Louisville, Tulane, Memphis, Western Carolina and Charleston Southern.

“Wake Forest is very close to offering,” Whitefield Academy coach Jimmy Fields said. “His other visits will follow in January.”
