Westlake LB Dearco Nolan gets N.C. State offer
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Westlake linebacker/defensive end Dearco Nolan saw his major-college offer list increase and is hopeful that another offer is just around the corner.
Nolan was offered by North Carolina State, adding to a list of offers that includes Mississippi, North Carolina, Iowa State, West Virginia, Miami-Ohio and Middle Tennessee.
Like many recruiters tell prospects, N.C. State told Nolan he could play right away next year.
“They said they really needed players,” said Nolan, who said Sunday that he was told that a walk-on is in the Wolfpack’s current starting lineup. “They need speed. They need strength. They need real good athletes who get after it.”
Mississippi State says it’s extremely interested, too. “It looks like they’re going to offer because Ole Miss offered.”
Nolan, a 6-foot-3, 235-pounder, has 13 sacks in nine games for Westlake.
