DEL.ICIO.USRichmond offers Union Grove OL Mark Speir

Union Grove offensive lineman Mark Speir, a member of the AJC’s The Georgia 150 who has committed to Alabama-Birmingham, received an offer from the University of Richmond and plans to visit for the Spiders’ game against Delaware Nov. 15.
It was Speir’s first official offer.
“It’s a relief to know someone wants you,” said Speir, who had a verbal offer from UAB and has drawn serious interest from Middle Tennessee and Samford.
