How It Went: Cedartown’s Brown visits Georgia Tech
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Cedartown defensive back Brandon Brown was among the recruiting visitors in attendance for Georgia Tech’s homecoming game against Virginia on Saturday.
“I really liked it. It was the second time I went to a game there this year,” said Brown, who also attended the Mississippi State-Tech contest last month.
“It was a good crowd. And I like playing in front of a lot of people.”
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Brown’s single scholarship offer is from Navy. He says the Tech coaching staff continues to hint that the Jackets may also offer him.
“I think I’m close [to an offer from Tech],” he said. “[The Tech coaches] talk about it, but haven’t done it yet.”
Brown, who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds, said he’ll likely attend the Jackets’ home game against Florida State on Saturday.
