Lithia Springs QB Kelton Hill impressed with Furman

Lithia Springs quarterback Kelton Hill took an unofficial visit to Furman for the Paladins’ game against Western Carolina last weekend and was very impressed.

“I loved the campus and the coaches,” said Hill, who has offers from Middle Tennessee, Jacksonville State, Alabama-Birmingham and Charleston Southern. “Most importantly, they won so that’s a positive. I was just impressed with the environment, the fans, the surroundings and the coaches.”

Hill said he plans to take his official visits after the Lions’ season ends, and they’ll likely include a trip back to Furman, Middle Tennessee, Air Force and Army.
