Henry County QB Drew Little holds off committing to Boston College

Henry County quarterback Drew Little went to Boston College on an official visit this weekend but did not commit to the school.

“I want to talk it over with my family, get everything straightened out and make sure I make the right decision,” said Little, a member of the AJC The Georgia Top 150.

The 6-foot-5, 245-pound Little currently has offers from Georgia State and Boston College.

Little said he spoke with Boston College coach Jeff Jagodzinski after Saturday’s Virginia Tech game about the program and his future at the school.

“I had a one-on-one with the head coach and he said he really likes me,” Little said.

Little said he had a blast being in Boston. He was still on his recruiting trip on Sunday night, and is scheduled to return to Atlanta on Monday.

“It’s awesome,” he said. “I love it up here.”

Wow - what an opportunity for one of our local products - to follow in the foot steps of Matt Ryan AND get a degree from a first rate University!

Sounds like Drew Little would be a perfect fit for Boston College.

Good Luck!

Totally agree AJ - playing for Boston College would be fantastic.

That school has graduated not only a lot of NFL players, but a lot of quality NFL QB’s:

Doug Flutie (Buffalo, Chicago, San Diego) Glen Foley (NY Jets) Matt Hasslebeck (Seahawks) Brian St. Pierre (Cardinals) Matt Ryan (Falcons)

What a great opportunity!

Congratulations Drew!

What an honor!

Good Luck Drew - whereever you end up (though it’s hard to imagine a better opportunity than at a great academic AND sports school like Boston College).
