Tift County LB Shayon Green stuck on Purdue

Tift County linebacker Shayon Green said he’s 100 percent committed to Purdue, although he was interested in Auburn and Indiana and continues to receive information from Mississippi.

“Purdue was my No. 1; coach [Joe] Tiller said I’d be able to play at Purdue as a freshman,” he said.

Green, a member of the AJC’s The Georgia 150, plans on visiting Lafayette in December, depending on Tift County’s playoff situation.
