DEL.ICIO.USUGA makes final five for Florida DB Michael Carter

Michael Carter of Pompana Beach, Fla., who is ranked as the nation’s No. 10 defensive back by Rivals and a member of the AJC’s The Super Southern 100, confirmed that he has narrowed down to five schools: Florida, Miami, Georgia, West Virginia, and Minnesota.
The 5-foot-10, 154-pound speedster said he will attend the Florida-Miami game on Saturday, and that the Gators were one of several schools that called his house earlier this week: “They called my dad to check up on me and my game, and also to tell me about their upcoming game.”
Georgia already has one cornerback commitment, Jordan Love of Glen Allen, Va., and the Bulldogs are chasing hard after Booker T. Washington’s Branden Smith.

Mike you need to stay at home and attend the U. You have a better chance at becoming a first rounder.KP kept the 14 yr. streak going on a down year. You will be a great addition to the program,and your parents will get to see you play at home which is important. The U don’t have alot of db’s which will allow you to play 2 to 3 years starting. The talent was down during Larry Coker era so go there and make your family proud and be a champion!!!!!!!!!

HS Sports….go to Miami, you got a better chance of being a 1st rounder. You and that attitude is what is wrong with kids today. Mike, I hope you don’t share this moron’s take on college and athletics. If you do, then Miami is the place for you. Go there and do not try and mess up someone else football program. Dosen’t anyone out there pay attention to history or read a newspaper the last 10 years. Some are just doomed to repeat the mistakes of others.
