Road Trip: Lakeside-Evans DB Kyle Tudor visiting East Carolina

Lakeside-Evans safety Kyle Tudor, a lifelong Georgia fan who committed to East Carolina, said he is excited about seeing the Pirates play against West Virginia on Saturday.

East Carolina is the talk of the college football world after pulling off an upset against Virginia Tech last week. Tudor got to talk about the game with East Carolina coach Skip Holtz when he called earlier this week to check on his prized prospect.

The 6-foot-4, 215-pound Tudor went to the Georgia-Georgia Southern game last week, but not on recruiting tickets. His parents are longtime season-ticket holders at Georgia. Tudor tried to earn a scholarship from Georgia at summer camp, but his participation was limited due to a back injury. He committed to East Carolina a few weeks later.
