Dutchtown WR Joe Stewart not heard from Tech’s new staff
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Dutchtown wide receiver Joe Stewart was one of the first juniors offered by Georgia Tech last Sept., but he has not heard the Yellow Jackets after the coaching change.
However, Stewart, a member of the AJC’s Georgia Top 150, said he respects Tech’s decision, explaining, “I’d kind of like to get out of state anyways.”
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound speedster has plenty of options: Stanford, Missouri, Texas Tech, Tennessee, and Central Florida, among other scholarship offers.

Tech is recruiting dangerous, not putting emphasis on great Off. Linemen and completely putting the wide rec. position on the back burner. Johnson is a great Coach who seems to take his system to much for granted. You won’t win big in the BCS by recruiting any lineman and not recruiting great receivers. Also Tech is trying to recruit Tenn. shying away from Florida-another BAD MOVE!

Looks like a good WR that should be headed to Auburn, but I’m thinking they don’t have enough room for him. Wanna play DB young man?

I saw Joe this summer at the Passing league and he will be good at the next level, I think his dad or some family member played at Missouri, they may have the inside track, Good Luck Joe and to the season at Dutchtown, bout time to win some games there
