Alabama LB Nico Johnson recovers from camp injury

Andalusia (Ala.) linebacker Nico Johnson, one of the nation’s top prospects, has declared himself “100-percent healthy” for his senior season after recovering from an injury at Alabama’s football camp.
Earlier this summer, Johnson had an experience that is one of the worst nightmares for all recruits: He was injured while participating in a prospect camp. Johnson said heard his hamstring “pop” while going through drills at Alabama’s camp. He was immediately pulled from the workouts, and he observed the rest of the action from the sidelines.
Johnson said he may have rushed to get back to the field too soon, as two weeks later he re-injured his hamstring while participating with his high school team in passing league. He has spent the rest of the summer recuperating.
“My hamstring feels great,” Johnson said. “It is back to full strength and I’m ready to go for the football season.”

This is good for him. Not sure why it is in the UGA category however.

Well UGA is recruiting him. He’s going to Alabama though in the end.

Who isn’t recruiting him? But UGA hasn’t offered… barring a defection they are basically full at LB … but are gonna hold a spot for either Jarvis Jones or Tana Patrick.
