Chamblee’s Norman to visit Georgia on junior day

Chamblee running back/safety Warren Norman plans to attend junior day at Georgia on Mar. 22.

Norman should have a good baseline on what to expect. He’s already attended junior days at Alabama and Georgia Tech.

“I still haven’t received a [scholarship] offer yet,” Norman said. But [Alabama and Tech] want to see me again in camp this summer.”

Aside from the Jackets and Tide, the 5-foot-10, 190-pound Norman is also drawing interest from Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame, Louisville, South Carolina and West Virginia.

“To be honest, I grew up liking Florida State,” Norman said. “So if I had to choose a favorite school, FSU would be at the top.”

Another pathetically insecure, hysterically inferiority-complex ridden Techie.

Deion2, how do you know that a GA Tech supporter wrote the first blog? The header indicates the young man is headed to a UGA Junior Day, so it is more probable that one of their fans wrote it than a “Techie”.

Perhaps it is you who is insecure?

Why are Georgia people so obsessed with Tech. Thye have a good program but they cannot seem to get Tech out of their thoughts. Just think how it is going to be when we start beating them again in football.I do remember how hard they were to find 98-2000. Be proud of yourself dogs- you do not have to be thinking of Tech all the time.

78 Dawg, I don’t see why you should be making fun of another school’s program. We are all in this world together and would be better served by loving each other than sitting around obsessing about sports and hating our fellow man. Grow up and start worrying about your own school, and learn to love mankind.

Please don’t pull out the “love everybody” card. Tech people HATE UGA folks. On the other hand, we simply laugh at you all. We don’t hate you. You are like…well..a gnat. A bit aggravating, but insignificant enough to not waste time on.

way to go ajc and abh!!!! way to get jealous of a websites uga coverage and threaten legal action and get a honest and talented writer fired!!! If you guys devoted the same time and quality to UGA/GT, maybe you would have decent coverage and not have to stoop to this. But you are content to copy and paste stories and break false stories for your “scoops.” Its a shame because I used to love reading your print newspaper back in the day. Your website coverage is average at best and subpar for the main atl news site.

I love reading the comments here everyday, the UGA / TECH wars. I’m just glad the Dawgs are playin the 2nd best team in the state,Ga Southern, this year. Southern should schedule the two D1 in-state schools every year. 2 nice paydays and an occasional win over Tech would be great for the program. www.gridirongate.blogspot.com

“Were the one’s that are number one in sports illustrated and have the ncs.”

Huh???

UGA fans are hilarious - anybody that goes to UGA is a potential superstar, but if a kid decides to go to a different school instead, then they didn’t want them in the first place.

And with CPJ in charge now, you Dawgs better get used to more of these kids choosing Tech over UGA.

Even though you didn’t want them in the first place.

It must be painful to be a Georgia Tech fan. By the time Georgia Tech manages another win over UGA, half of the current Georgia Tech fan base may be dead of old age!
