Clemson gets another star recruit

Clemson keeps on scoring big, this time landing five-star running back Jamie Harper. The confident one said he only plans to be at Clemson for three years because he will be ready for the NFL by then.

Harper told Superprep.com: “The spiritual aspect was one thing that stood out to me and I liked the way they carried themselves on all of my visits,” said Harper, who was joined during the ESPNU interview by his father and best friend Daniel Andrews.

After announcing his commitment, Harper turned to Andrews, who signed with Clemson this morning as well, and included him in the decision.

Harper also had considered Florida and Miami.

So let me get this straight, Daniel Andrews is his father?

Sounds like a great student athlete to me. I’m sure he’s going to load up on courses to get out in three years.
