Carver QB shunned by Marshall

Carver quarterback Tiunte Little was offered a scholarship by Marshall during the summer, but ended up signing with Savannah State this morning after Marshall told him they had run out of scholarships.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Little likely will be moved to wide receiver in college.

He said he had no regrets about waiting to make his decision.

“It was a situation where they got some other kids in and didn’t have any more scholarships,” Carver coach Darryl Myles said.

“I’m happy with Savannah State,” Little said.
