Southwest DeKalb defensive end Morris Council is headed to Ohio State for an official visit this weekend.
The 6-foot-4, 245-pound Council is coming off a trip to Florida A&M. He is also being recruited by Miami (Ohio), Georgia Southern and Toledo.
“As his coach, I would say he’s headed to Miami, Ohio,” Southwest DeKalb coach Buck Godfrey said. “He and his family had a good visit there.”
Godfrey said he isn’t surprised three Ohio schools are interested in Council.
“Our players aren’t homebodies,” he said. “It’s just that feeling of being wanted.”
