> Hudson update: He allowed two runs (one earned) and scattered 10 hits in 6 2/3 innings of Monday's win over Washington, after yielding four runs in three innings of his previous start. Hudson is 8-4 in 13 starts against the Mets, and 4-2 with a 3.23 ERA in his past six. He gave up three runs in six innings of an April 5 win against them. Carlos Delgado is 17-for-53 (.321) with six home runs and 12 RBIs against him; Carlos Beltran is 18-for-54 (.333) with three homers.
> Maine update: He got his second loss Monday at Chicago while giving up two runs and five hits in six innings, his third straight quality start since an April 5 loss at Atlanta. Maine has a 2.39 ERA in six home starts since August but only a 2-1 record in those games. He's 1-2 with a 4.84 ERA in four starts against the Braves, including his season debut in which he gave up eight hits, four runs and three walks in four innings. Chipper Jones is 4-for-7 with a homer against him, and Mark Teixeira is 3-for-11 with a homer. Yunel Escobar is 1-for-10.
