It’s been a day of recovery in the state of Florida after Hurricane Irma came through hard in the state over the course of the last two days.

And Tim Tebow is doing everything he can to help victims and evacuees to feel better and start the rebuilding effort.

Earlier Monday he posted a heartfelt message of hope on his Twitter account, and tonight he visited a special needs shelter where he spent time with a World War II veteran. The veteran played his famous visitor a beautiful song on the harmonica.

Check out the exchange and musical performance below.

Totally uplifted by this #ww2 veteran, who's spirit and talents encouraged his fellow visitors at this Special Needs Shelter! #irma pic.twitter.com/2q1nH7EHz0
