Clayton State women win national title

Clayton State's women's basketball team won the NCAA Division II national championship Friday night, defeating Michigan Tech 69-50 in St. Joseph, Mo.
The national title was the first for Clayton State in any sport.
Teshymia Tillman scored 26 to lead the Lakers, who finish the season with a 35-1 record.
Clayton State won five games in the playoffs to reach the title game, with winning margins of 25, 26, 16, 3 and 17 points.
