The Hawks will be without three starters against the Nets on Sunday as Thabo Sefolosha was a late scratch due to a right groin strain.

Rookie Taurean Prince will get his first NBA start in place of Sefolosha.

The Hawks are already without starters Paul Millsap (left knee tightness) and Kent Bazemore (right knee bone bruise.)

Sefolosha played 30:49 in the Hawks loss to the Bucks on Friday. He finished with three points and seven rebounds and was called upon to guard Giannis Antetokounmpo. Sefolosha has appeared in 60 games this season, including 42 starts, and averaged 7.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He missed nine games in February due to a left groin strain.

Prince has appeared in 49 games in his first season. He has averaged 4.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 13.7 minutes. Prince has become a regular part of the Hawks rotation of late with the injuries to Millsap and Bazemore. He was the first player off the bench against the Bucks.
