Falcons’ fixes (part 3): Sign Grimes, Lofton; balk on Abe
Ryan did some work for the third day in a row during the team's closed walk-through session.
"Matt worked again this morning in our walk-through," Falcons coach Mike Smith said. "He continued to progress and we're going to make a decision as we get closer to game time."
Running back Michael Turner (ankle) was also listed as questionable. Neither of the team's top two offensive stars played last week in a 34-7 loss to Philadelphia.
Other players listed on the report as questionable include: defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (shoulder), left tackle Sam Baker (elbow), right guard Harvey Dahl (ankle), wide receiver Michael Jenkins (ankle), center Todd McClure (knee), tackle Will Svitek (ankle) and wide receiver Roddy White (knee).
Cornerback Christopher Owens (shoulder) was listed as probable.
Cornerback Chris Houston (hamstring) and tight end Justin Peelle (concussion) were previously declared out for Sunday's game.
