The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

The Falcons released fullback Verron Haynes and signed wide receiver Troy Bergeron to the active roster Saturday.

The Falcons have made this same personnel move for the past two games. It was done to fortify their receiving corps .

Bergeron was available with Brian Finneran out with a knee injury for the past two games. Last week, starting wide receiver Michael Jenkins suffered an ankle injury and missed all three days of practice this week.
