A.J. McKenna's 14-yard touchdown pass to Janell Jones in overtime gave Albany State a 32-29 victory over Clark Atlanta Saturday in a SIAC contest at Clark Atlanta Stadium.

Tied at 26 after regulation, Clark Atlanta (3-4, 2-4 SIAC) grabbed a 29-26 lead on a 26-yard field goal from Joshua Dubois. McKenna had an 11-yard run on the Rams' first possession of overtime and then connected with Jones for the winning touchdown.

Albany State (7-0, 6-0) led 23-12 at the end of the third quarter before Clark Atlanta, playing its first game under interim coach Keith Higdon, scored on a pair of Winston Thompson TD runs to take the lead. A successful two-point conversion after Thompson's second touchdown gave the Panthers a 26-23 lead with 1:41 remaining.

Albany State drove from its 29 to the Clark 18 and kicked a 35-yard field goal as time expired to force overtime.
