Obama to become president amid tightest security ever

U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. David Kohnen greets President-elect Barack Obama in Washington. Kohnen is with AFIC, a joint-service organization responsible for providing military ceremonial support to the 56th Presidential Inauguration. AFIC carries on a tradition, which dates back more than 200 years, of honoring the new commander in chief and recognizing civilian control of the military.
