Greensboro - Clemson will win the ACC football title for the first time since 1991, if predictions by media covering the league are correct.
The Tigers, led by record-setting quarterback Cullen Harper of Alpharetta, and defending conference champion Virginia Tech were picked to win the Atlantic and Coastal divisions, respectively, by sportswriters. Clemson received 59 of 65 first-place votes in the Atlantic division. Virginia Tech received 58 in the Coastal.

Fifty-one of 65 voters chose Clemson to win the ACC Championship Game, which will be played in Tampa's Raymond James Stadium for the first time after three years in Jacksonville's Gator Bowl.
Georgia Tech was picked to finish fourth in the Coastal, finishing with 195 points and one first-place vote to Virginia Tech's 383 points, 288 for North Carolina, and 253 for Miami. Virginia (161) and Duke (85) were picked fifth and sixth.
In the Atlantic, Clemson (383) was followed by 2006 ACC champion Wake Forest (304), 2005 champion Florida State (265), Boston College (154), Maryland (147) and N.C. State (112).
The preseason all-ACC team will be chosen Wednesday afternoon, with Georgia Tech's Andrew Gardner, an offensive tackle, and Vance Walker, a defensive tackle, as the Yellow Jackets' top candidates.
