Obama tries to put Georgia into play
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Matt Towery, the former Republican legislator turned pollster, was quoted in the paper this morning as saying that “if the Obama campaign goes on the air with television advertising in this city, in this state, beginning this week to Election Day, Obama will win Georgia.”
According to Politico, Obama campaign manager David Plouffe said n a conference call with reporters this morning that the campaign is indeed expanding its ad buy into three states: Georgia, North Dakota and John McCain’s home state of Arizona.
That’s the act of a campaign confident of the outcome and trying to stretch out its margin.

McCain/Palin lose Arizona and Alaska. Georgia goes Democrat. The Republicans lose in a landslide and they still won’t get it. They’ll just look at each other and say something stupid like “It was those darned Acorns.” HaHaHa.

Why did he quit on Georgia the first time then. Guess you can just chalk it up as another thing Obama has said and then changed at a later time if it helped him.
Never thought Obama should have left. We are 48th in education and he seems to do well with the unintelligent.
I only say that because the left consistantly tells us that because we rank 48th then our students are not smart or our teachers are unqualified.

History will show that Obama got here due only to the progressively corrupt media. Period!
Yeah, maybe. But if so, then that media will at least have redeemed itself for its disgraceful capitulation in 2003 to the current Trotskyist regime’s intrigues abroad.

So when do we dig into Joe Cook’s life?
He has came out and made a youtube clip endorsing McCain and speaking bad about Obama. Now is the time to invade his life history and all past associations to discredit him as nothing more than a McCain plant. Maybe even make up stuff about how him losing his leg was actually his own fault.
Is that not the way you all handled it the last time a citizen spoke up or out about Mr. Obama.

Joe Cook is old news.
Plus he’s speaking about the war.
Even though he’s mistaken Obama’s view that the war was/is a mistake as some sort of negative view of his service most people in this country, who want this war to be over and think it was/is a mistake, understand that his ire with Obama is misplaced.
It’s powerless because it’s misdirected…much like a missile that misses the arms depot and hits the mountainside 50 miles away instead.

Obama plans to kill expectations after election
According to a senior Obama aide, the campaign looks to lower supporters’ expectations on concerns their hopes of ‘change’ are unrealistic. Now confronted with reality, the campaign has increased its urgency in bringing people down to earth after a campaign of soaring rhetoric and promises of “hope” and “change” that could never be fullfilled.
And asked about his goals for the first hundred days, Obama stated that he would need more time to tackle such big and costly issues as health care reform, global warming and Iraq. In fact, the only real plan seen so far.., the makeup of an Obama administration.

Once again you confirmed my theory. You all do not think it is wrong to dig into the life of private citizens with no other cause than to destroy them to lift up a political candidate.
I thought you were the same people complaing about rights when the patriot act went into play.
So you all are saying it is good to investigate and monitor people who speak out against a political candidate, but it is an act of treason when we do the same to potential terroist.
Strage ideology that is.

tcoach, it would be wrong to dig into the life of a private citizen who has not nominated him or herself for public attention.
Joe the Plumber is arguable. He simply wanted to speak with Obama and then McCain capitalized on it and brought him to media attention. McCain did that. Then the media went digging, using McCain as their entry. Now, perhaps they should have left Joe alone because he did not make a public statement. However, in the times since McCain brought attention to Joe he has made himself a public figure.
Joe Cook made a video of himself addressing Obama and put it on a website, so he nominated himself.
As for complaigning about rights…has someone used either Joes’ SSN to get info about them?

tcoach, yes, if you make a record of yourself for public consumption then you should not expect to be left alone.
I am originally from New Orleans. As you probably know, during Mardi Gras a lot of women flash to get beads. These women cannot expect the people around them to no take pictures and cannot stop them for posting those pictures on the internet.
Basically, watch out who you interact with if you want to be left alone.
Like I said, Joe the Plumber is arguable. He didn’t speak to a reporter but he did approach Obama to speak to him while the media was following him around. And then he spoke to whoever asked him what he and Obama talked about. I don’t knw if that was a reporter or someone from the McCain campaign.
So, I think, in the end, he brought it on himself.
I know he couldn’t expect to speak to Obama without a media crew around. However, once asked by whoever what it was they talked about he could have said, “No Comment, private conversation.”
Afterall, Obama did not tell others about it. He could have done the same.
Back to the topic of Obama in Georgia. The media has misled the public in saying that Obama has not been in Georgia when, in fact, he never left. He DID scale back but he still had campaign offices here. Those offices still organized registration drives, canvasses of neighborhoods, and small rallies. And there were still a few commercials.
He’s simply laying it on thick now that it’s looking like he has a shot.
He probably has Martin, or rather Chambliss to thank for that. I’ve been seeing Martin signs out way longer than I’ve seen Obama signs. I think the way Martin has run his campaign has been to emulate Obama…so when people see Martin’s commercials, etc, they then extend the thought to Obama.
So, all this time Obama’s been campaigning in Georgia though his surrogate Martin…

Jen to your point though all they show is the pictures of the women at mardi gras. I am fine loop their comments as much as you want and talk about their comments, even criticise the comment.
But when have you seen these women have their pictures on the internet and then also have a long biography of them, including all of the details of their life.
If Obama gets elected I know I am not staing my opinion on any issue for fear of public prosecution. Look at the pattern, regardless of if you agree or disagree with their points. But Obama has now kicked another 3 media outlets off of his plane. Some of those newspapers have been with the campaign since last November. But they made a fatal flaw, they supported McCain and then poof they are off the plane. Because the plane did not have enough room.
Just saying to all be very careful what you say about Mr. Obama.

Then findog will you give me some insight and explain the logic in kicking off of your plane 3 of the most read newspapers in the country. Why would you do that unless you are trying to control the amount of information the public is privladged to.
Obama’s campaign has said it was because of not having enough seating. Strange how they had seating for them everyday since last Nov. Then the paper’s endource McCain and suddenly not enough room on the plane.
How and in what way is that logical.
Note very logical argument to insult and belittle P.E. teachers. Especially since the nation has more than 1 in 4 adolescents obese.
But why do they need to be in shape to collect checks anyway.

He has already blacklisted an entire station in florida. Her comments were unprofessional, and at times very leading and suggestive. However to take it out on the station, becaue they did not like how the reporters interview went is more censorship than I like as a mandate from a hopeful president. Then to kick 3 newspapers off of his plane, coincedintally shortly after those same newspapers endourced McCain. Thats scary!

Tcoach, lets see: your complaint is based on Joe being investigated by “The Press,” and your comparison is the left’s right to privacy arguments against the, “Government’s” unconstitutional investigation of its citizens. Kind of missed the critical difference between the two.
As you have now changed your point of contention: Obama is a candidate and may allow however he wishes on or off his private plane. Now let him try that should he be inaugurated and you have standing to be scared should he boot them from Air Force One.
As for your attempt to recover any self worth by aligning yourself with PE teachers you might not want to point out what a failure rate they have; of course taking into consideration that the majority of people on public assistance are Caucasian and adding your insults to coach potatoes will undoubtedly ingratiate you to your suburban clan.

What failure rate are you talking about. No I never tied the first post to the presidential nominee. I intended that for people like you who go after and bash anything you disagree with. You complain and whine about the christian right. You are more aggressive and pig headed than any member of the christian right I have ever met. The first post was to make fun of people like you because you thought it was great to bash Joe the plumber. So I was wondering what you were going to hit the marine with. Never mention Obama or his campaign as blame for that. So I never said it was Obama or his camp. Do not put words in my mouth. I know that is how your faction settles arguments on here you attack the person then twist or make up their words. You show yourself for the ill informed joke of a hate monger you are.
The Obama part was brought up in a discussion having went away from the original post. Seems the person I was talking to did not even have as much a problem as you.
To go real slow for you I mention 2 separate issues, that are similar at first glance. Not my fault you are incapable of separating thoughts.
Love the way I never said a harsh word to you, until the post by you at 1:12 was the first uncivil and name calling in the argument. You sound like a child who has not yet realized that all in the world do not share their wants or beliefs.
