Where commissioners stand on the Grady vote

Fulton County and DeKalb County commissioners are expected this week and next to vote on approving the transfer of management of Grady Memorial Hospital from the hospital's board to a private, nonprofit governing board. It is a move that diminishes the two counties' control over the massive charity hospital.
