Pontiac brings back excitement with its G8

Pontiac’s 2009 G8, made in Australia, comes in a standard model with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine and a GT version (above) with a six-liter V-8. Plans call for a super-high performance GXP version and a Sport Truck, which will have a pickup bed reminiscent of the El Camino. The GT has 361 horsepower vs. the base model’s 256 horses.
