I've already registered. How do I sign up for more newsletters?
If you have already registered there are two ways that you can sign up for more newsletters.

• Go to http://www.ajc.com/services/content/services/elerts/login.html. In the right hand box, input your e-mail address and password. You will be brought to your personal preference page. Just check the boxes for the newsletters you wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

• Or, go to the bottom of an existing newsletter and click on the link "here" in the e-mail footer, found at the very bottom of the page. This will bring you to your preference page automatically without having to login. Just check the boxes for the newsletters you wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

Why did my newsletters stop coming and how do I get them back?
If your mailbox was full and three of your AJC e-mail newsletters bounced back, we automatically discontinue service. You may have been on vacation or the space in your InBox exceeded its limit. To reinstate your newsletters send an e-mail to this address and write RESET in the subject header. Write to: newsletters@ajc.com

Why did I receive a newsletter I didn't sign up for?
You may have signed up with one of our partners and were opted into the newsletter as an added benefit. Currently, we take e-mail newsletter optins from TAG, the Technology Association of America and our promotional entry cards in giveaways. TAG members receive our TECH/BIZ e-mail newsletter and our promotional card optins subscribes you to our DEALS & STEALS e-mail newsletter.

How do I change my e-mail address or update my profile?
Just log into your preference page and enter your new e-mail address. You can do this one of two ways:

• Go to http://www.ajc.com/services/content/services/elerts/login.html. In the right hand box, input your e-mail address and password. You will be brought to your personal preference page. Just check the boxes for the newsletters you wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

• Go to the bottom of an existing newsletter and click on the link "here" in the e-mail footer, found at the very bottom of the page. This will bring you to your preference page automatically without having to login. Just check the boxes for the newsletters you wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

I can't remember my password.
To retrieve your pasword go to: http://www.ajc.com/services/content/services/elerts/forgot.html. Enter your e-mail address and hit submit. Your password will automatically be sent to your e-mail InBox within seconds.

How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe to a newsletter one of three ways:

• Go to http://www.ajc.com/services/content/services/elerts/login.html. In the right hand box, input your e-mail address and password. You will be brought to your personal preference page. Just uncheck the boxes for the newsletters you no longer wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

• Or, go to the bottom of an existing newsletter and click on the link "here" in the e-mail footer, found at the very bottom of the page. This will bring you to your preference page automatically without having to login. Just check the boxes for the newsletters you no longer wish to receive and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

• Hit the reply button to a newsletter that you no longer want to receive. Then put "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line and send the e-mail. Putting "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the content of the e-mail will not unsubscribe you to the newsletter.
