The stalking case between NBA star Shaquille O’Neal and an Atlanta woman has been pushed back again to a yet-to-be-determined time, Fulton County Superior Court officials said this week.
Judge Karen Woodson issued the continuance on Thursday.
Woodson will eventually hear arguments from Alexis Miller, a 23-year-old aspiring rapper who is seeking a permanent restraining order against O’Neal.
The 7-foot-1, 325-pound center is accused of threatening Miller via e-mail and making harassing calls after she broke off a relationship with him in July. Miller is a hip-hop artist known professionally as Maryjane.
Judge Richard Hicks issued a temporary restraining order Aug. 21 to keep O’Neal from coming within 200 yards of Miller or her 19-month-old son.
