Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board held a press conference Sunday to provide details about Friday's fatal bus accident at the I-75 ramp at Northside Drive.

• A thorough examination of the bus revealed no problems with the brakes.

• The bus had no electronic recording device to aid investigators.

• Officials spoke with three witnesses who were hospitalized. One who was awake prior to the accident told them the driver of the bus was neither talking on a cellphone nor using a CB radio.

• Because there were no skid marks at the site, investigators will try to estimate the speed of the bus by examining tire marks.

The NTSB doesn't plan any more press conferences, for the time being.
