Stephen Strasburg had season-ending surgery in 2010. He had a limited return in 2011. This season the Nationals limited Strasburg's production and he ended the season 15–6 with a 3.16 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 197 strikeouts in 159⅓ innings pitched. His velocity remained intact.
