RAIN ON THE GREEN--November 27, 2012 Atlanta: Students and faculty strolling along the sidewalks of the Tech Green on the Georgia Tech campus Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 as occasional rain fell across the Atlanta metro area that brought some moisture but enough to bring any relief to Lake Lanier which is at its lowest level since the historic drought  of several years ago.
