Atlanta police are investigating a smash-and-grab burglary at a southwest Atlanta Foot Locker store. According to police dispatchers, thieves rammed a vehicle through the front doors of the Foot Locker in the 2600 block of Metropolitan Parkway just before 3 a.m.
