With the admission that if McCain gets the GOP nomination Coulter will be a “Hillary Girl”, we finally have confirmation on Coulter’s gender.

Maybe at least this name she’ll get her polling place right.

You know, one of the two people involved in this cartoon is a best selling author, a gifted columnist, a frequent contributor to various talk shows, the other person draws dull cartoons for an obscure socialist democrat rag that will soon enough be out of business.

Could it be because the woman has humor?

And our boy doesn’t?

This one’s for you.

Are you a Democrat, Republican or Texan?

Here is a little test that will help you decide.

The answer can be found by posing the following question:

You’re walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children. Suddenly, a huge, deranged-looking man with a huge knife comes around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities, raises the knife, and charges at you. You are carrying a Glock cal 40, and you are an expert shot. You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family. What do you do? ………………………………………….

Democrat’s Answer:

Well, that’s not enough information to answer the question!

Does the man look poor? Or oppressed?

Have I ever done anything to him that would cause him to attack?

Could we run away?

What does my wife think?

What about the kids?

What does the law say about this situation?

Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway,

And what kind of message does this send to society and to my children?

Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me? Can I reason with him?

Should I call 9-1-1 ?

Why is this street so deserted?

We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior. ………………………………………….

Republican’s Answer:

BANG! ………………………………………….

Texan’s Answer:

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

He is especially wrong on campaign finance laws - he must just love restriction of speech!! Even France doesn’t have a law that inane on campaign finance. The remedy is full disclosure so you know exactly who has bought whom. Billionaires like George Soros just finance campaigns now through these horrible 527s. By N-GA 10:15 AM

Perhaps you are correct about winging the attacker and calling 911. But it’s also likely the ACLU would have jumped in as the winged perp denied any involvement and claimed he was attacked by the crazed man and his family because of his race and/or sexual preference. The man would be jailed for several days as stories get sorted out and the local DA decides if he can make a career statement by prosecuting the man to rid the streets of dangerous gun wielding fantatics (wording provided by the ACLU, of course). Jesse Jackson will arrive for a photo op if the “victim” is black and the family white. The family will be forced to fund their own defense against the deep pockets of the ACLU provided attorneys provided for the “victim” to the point of filing personal bankruptcy. The “victim” will repeat “can’t we all just get along” for years until his book is published while telling the horrible story of being attacked on Oprah, The View, CNN, and Al Franken’s show.

This could go on and on and would be a lot funnier if we didn’t all know how true it could be…. You can dail 911 if you want to, but I think dialing in a 9MM is better choice.

Good questions all -

N-GA

Yes, that thought crossed my mind - the stereotypes - then I thought of all the stereotypes I read here every day so I thought it’d fit right in.

But I wanted a bit of humor - even stereotypical - this morning & I thought Luckoduh would get a chuckle, too. I’ll be out this week - short notice funeral - so won’t be sharing in the Super Tuesday analysis.

I was in downtown Dallas a couple years ago, sitting on a bench outside the museum by the Kennedy grassy knoll. A group came by - couple late 50s, early 60s, with their adult kid’s family and sat nearby. They were talking - were (speaking of stereotypes) from Massachusetts. The older guy looked at me, asked me what I thought of the museum, then said “do you know a quarter of the people here carry guns in their cars?” I said I didn’t think it was that high. Then I told him my stepson started to take the concealed carry course, realized the implications, then said “no thanks.” Seems a lot of people have that reaction. Then he shifted to how many people Texas kills with capital punishment. Factual, perhaps, but his following commentary was pure stereotypical.

No one has a lock on stereotypes. Even broadminded people from Massachusetts. BTW - that’s not a stereotype - according to the gentleman!

Have a good week observing the will of the people -

Anyone else notice something about this election season, take a look at who is coming out ahead and who is having trouble.

on the GOP side, Guliani, thompson, hunter, and tancredo went nowhere, the likely nominee is McCain.

on the dem side, Hillary, a candidate with 100% name recognition and a huge boost having the former president as her husband, as well as the entire force of a political machine built up over 20 years is now neck and neck with with obama, a guy with no political machine or name recognition when he started.

Look at the pundits and who they have backed, linbaugh, hannity, the regular cadre of rightwing talkers and conservative papers have such little impact on who the nominee for the gop is.

America is ready for a change, the only candidate who has spoken about getting all of the country together is obama, and his polls show it.

{{{{By Luckoduh February 3, 2008 5:48 PM Uh, the Giants are fixing to get blowed out.}}}}

When I say that a team is going to win, sure enough, they always lose, see Thompson, Fred for proof.

Even if the Steel Curtain was playing the 1977 2-12 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, if I said the Steelers would win, then a Buc victory would be set in stone.

I had to bite clean through my lip during the 2005 White Sox World Series season, I forced myself to shut up and just watch the game unfold.

So saying yesterday that the Giants were going to get blowed out was my own special way of guaranteeing their place in history.

McCain will be the Repug nominee.

Does America really want “change?” It appears not, if these are truly the front runners.

Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) — Democrat Hillary Clinton has raised more money from lobbyists than any other presidential candidate while Republican John McCain has more of them assisting his campaign.

BTW – I heard a woman on radio this morning saying she likes Romney because he’s for teeny, tiny government. She was probably referring to programs. Just a guess, but I believe advocates of teeny, tiny government mean gutting any program that does not benefit them, their friends, family or business.

You might want to reconsider the Gen Clark accolades, esp if talk for the VP slot heats up. True, he has some interesting advice on Iran, but with all the “Bush lied” rhetoric, one could have a field day with Gen Clark. Don’t really need to go into it now, but there was the DoD after-action assessment, showed actual targets destroyed was at best ten percent of what he claimed. There was lots of talk on military-oriented sites (Col Hackworth’s Soldiers for the Truth comes to mind) of how he dictated the intel assessments (sound familiar?). Then, as far as promising “more war (McCain)” there’s the case of the British general who told Gen Clark to … well, I won’t repeat it, but you can get the idea, that if he did what Gen Clark ordered we’d have a war with the Russians.

True, Gen Clark had a ‘successful’ operation. But….. we still have troops there. And they are not programmed to leave anytime soon. Not even for 100 years. And when people called for them to withdraw, I think Gen Clark promised us more war. ‘Cause if we do leave the slaughter will resume.

Still haven’t heard from Hillary who’s gonna grant us all those basing rights for the Iraq standby forces… So I guess it comes down to, one nominee says will be in Iraq for years, the other nominee says we’ll be next-door to Iraq for years?

I’m getting all kinds of great choices this cycle -

First two - yup.

Not getting too down on Gen Clark. Just illustrating the tactics of the past few years can come back to haunt. Plus, Kosovo still irritates - the “home by Chrismas” line I’ve referenced. Rather insulted the intelligence of the listeners. Gen Clark strikes me as another who reminds me of Fonzie trying to say “I was wr..wr…wro…wronngg”.

This was from an armchair analyst’s website - but an interesting thought with implications:

“General Wesley K. Clark, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, reportedly stunned a recent session of the Senate Armed Services Committee when he called for a complete rethink of Western strategy and questioned the need for the aerial assault on Serbia. General Clark noted that NATO could have used legal means to block the Danube and the Adriatic ports, and could have used “methods to isolate Milosevic and his political parties electronically.”[4] If implemented and augmented with other measures, Clark added, the military instrument might have never been used.[5] “

Gives a bit of insight into his Iraq views. Raises questions about what he said before Kosovo.

Thanks for the thought. I’m just avoiding thinking about it now - I needed a break.

(((But a —->truce<—- was later worked out with Mr. Sadr, and Iraqi politicians sought to bring him into the political process. As this Presidential campaign cycle gears up, there has already been much hype, much unfounded speculation, and unfortunately too much dirty politics. The thing there hasn’t been enough of is honest in-depth debate on each candidate’s plans and principles, not just positions. Conservative principles are the very core of our American spirit. They are what the Republican Party is supposed to be based on, right?

Fred Thompson has what America needs to take her back to the principles that made her great, the principles our forefathers based our Constitution on. Fred is the respected man he is because he stands on his principles, never swaying with the winds of political correctness. He is a man who stands rock-solid on his principles; a man who will look you straight in the eye and tell you how it really is, good or bad, straightup; a man who speaks with substance; the only one who can be trusted to stand tall and have the resolve to do what is necessary to protect America.

I’m writing this to reach out to more people and let them know America had a strong conservative candidate within her reach. Unfortunately though, when Fred Thompson dropped out of the race, it became evident those left for us to choose from do not have a history of core conservative principles. Do not despair though, there is still hope, the fight will and must go on. If we conservatives are all truly commited to Fred’s principles, and hope to see these principles have some bearing on the future of America, we all must vote for Fred in every primary, even if we have to “write in” his name. If we can help keep the vote split enough, maybe a brokered convention could happen. At the very least, it will send a very clear message to Fred and the American people he actually had more support than they thought. This in itself may reinforce the possibility of Fred being selected to run as VP, which would not only bring some integrity into the White House in January of 09, but would garner him the exposure needed for a Presidential run in 2012 or 2016. It would also send a message to the Republican party there are still many true conservatives left who will not stand idly by and watch our party be hijacked by moderate, liberal-leaning Republicans. Last but certainly not least, it would educate the MSM to the fact that even though they may be able to influence a campaign’s decision, it is truly we the people who will exercise our God given right guaranteed by the

for those of you who blindly want to follow Obama. At least know this.

Why you should vote for Hillary?

Talk is cheap. Can anyone name one thing Obama has done even in IL?

I’m involved in the financial lives of so may Americans (Credit & money Management).

While Obama claims he did not vote for Iraq war, did anyone of you think with yourself it was because he was NOT holding ANY PUBIC OFFICE.

Not until 2-3 weeks ago, all you would hear Obama say was “CHANGE” nothing else. No concept or facts to back it up. Meanwhile, Hillary was repeatedly talking about the same issues and facts (Healthcare, education, children, etc).

FINALLY, when he decided to discuss his plans, he copycats a good portion of it from Hillary’s then he changed some (to include changing Hillary’s $5 Billion to his own $10 Bill).

How much experience does Obama have to compare with Hillary, McCain, Romney. For god’s sake he just took the senate seat a year and half ago.

Obama has no respect for the Flag, National Anthem, doesn’t know how to handle an opponent (State of Union). How can he deal with the head of other countries- in opposition to U.S.

As a consumer advocate, I call Attorney Generals, congress and Senator’s offices around the country to help senior Citizens. Guess what. I called Obama’s office TWICE to get help for IL seniors and also help with Lisa Madigan (IL-AG) office; his office never even returned my calls. I’m in GA, wanted to help his citizens and he wouldn’t even lift a finger to call.

Hillary has been a successful senator for 7 years, 8 years very active First Lady, Years ARK First Lady and has done a lot for women. Obama, 3 years Senator (That’s IT!!??).

Clinton years economy was great and even in AR, what changes did Obama make to even benefit IL?

Obama hasn’t said anything about Healthcare, Our Children’s health or education while Hillary has been on the subject the entire time.

I listen to NH and SC debate, it seems Obama needs Edwards to complete his sentences, plus haven’t heard any plan’s Obama’s has, beside “change.”

I can go on for ever. However, I hope I did educate some of you who blindly follow any FOOL just because he says we need **change.”“
