Catfight indeed! No-wak Bush today ml? That’s refreshing, butt…
It does NOT go unnoticed that your “out in space” leftists here think their “lift off” will come from the same “ripe stuff” the astronaut “bushwacker” had in the back seat of her car. Now that’ll put a damp..er…diaper on your ‘08 party plans. Obsession really doesn’t appeal to the senses.
BDS or IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is a debilitating disease exclusive to the leftists.
May it be doo-ly noted that I predict the Democrats will “reek” what they sow in ‘08. I’ll call it their “boo-hoo doos”, or just…”rewards”.

Everyone has felt that urge to confront the new lover of a ex-lover and keel them. But we dont do it. The problem with being an important superstar like an astronaut, is that when your lover spurns you, (and they always do), your inflated ego just cant take it, and your need to re-establish your celebrity can take over and you will stalk. Once you stalk, anything can happen and it’s up to luck. It’s like road rage, where you just go out of control. The OJ effect. If I keeled every chick who hurt me, there’d be at least four more graves on the planet. You have to let it go, and take the hit, and just bide your time till you heal, which you always do. (about a year or so).
The diapers shows how out of control this person was. She was an astronaut. How dare that other woman think she could play? The mind cant handle superstardom. We need to be humble to survive. We need to know that we’re no big deal. Just folks. Stay childlike. Laugh it off. Rub it out. Let is slide easy like. Boy, Boy, crazy boy, be coolly cool boy!!

Cartoon boy thinks this is funny?:
Nowak raced from Houston to Orlando wearing diapers in the car so she wouldn’t have to stop to go to the bathroom, authorities said. During a check of the parking lot, an officer followed Nowak and watched her throw away a bag containing the wig and BB gun. They also found a steel mallet, a 4-inch folding knife, rubber tubing, $600 and garbage bags inside a bag Nowak was carrying when she was arrested, authorities said.
Yeah, ha-ha.
But what else would you expect from a bunch of loonies:
Hansen is arguably the world’s leading researcher on global warming. He’s the head of NASA’s top institute studying the climate. But as correspondent Scott Pelley first reported last spring, this imminent scientist says that the Bush administration is restricting who he can talk to and editing what he can say. Politicians, he says, are rewriting the science.
Is it any wonder they can’t get off the ground without crashing?

Good toon, ML. This episode belonged on the “Twilight Zone”. Why is it that most men in our culture have this fetish to see a “catfight”? It has even been immortalized on “Seinfeld”.
On the other hand, isn’t psychological fitness supposed to be a key component in the astronaut selection/retention process? How can someone who is obviously this unstable pass the battery of NASA psychological exams? It appears that NASA should take a good long look at their selection process.

If gays want to show their commitment to each other that is fine, they have every right to do so. However the term Marriage is between one man and one woman. Gays need to come up with their own term to define their relationship. How about the Fudger Union or the Carpet Union since you don’t like Civil Union. I’m sure some of the more creative gays can create a term to describe their relationship.

Shawny,
Rhetorical question:
Did your views require a pastor’s intervention with you and your wife or was it a natural response?
The pro-gay marriage crowd love to demonize Christianity for its opposition to gay marriage, but they are deluded if they think that if not for the churches teachings, people would not view homosexuality any differently than heterosexuality.
It’s not the same thing, and it is a fraud to pretend otherwise. At the same time, that does not mean that we are interested in persecuting homosexuals for their private behavior. Even the conservative Catholic Church recognizes this difference.

As usual, Dubya’s administration will only admit to “SOME” mistakes in Iraq — how about BILLIONS of $$ in cash being given out after we invaded that country! Is this administration totally incompetent or just plain stupid? Regardless, they may have committed treasonouse acts by freely giving away so much money to possible “terrorists” — they’re a bunch of terrorist appeasers!
“I acknowledged that I made mistakes,” Mr. Bremer said. “And with the benefit of hindsight, I would have made some decisions differently.” But he said that given the chaos he found after arriving in Iraq in May 2003, “I think we made great progress under some of the most difficult conditions imaginable.”
All of you Dubya-appeasers here can salute your leader for aiding and abetting the terrorists — just as you love to blame Dubya’s critics for doing, with all of your hateful rhetoric, day after day…

Well,
I have to admit I smiled a little over this one. But felt sad at the same time. The thought of a fight in space is so rediculous thus the smile. But to see an intelligent brave woman go to “pieces” (she has already traveled in space which is not for the timid), I felt sad.
Luckovich zeroed in on women fighting which seems to be an object of interest, such as women boxing, etc. But the public also likes to watch numerous sitcoms where the husband is dumb as a box while the smart wife keeps him and the family all together. Both representations are not the real makeup of millions of humans in this world.
So, c’est la vie. At least, we did not have to see a twisted Lucko cartoon of President Bush.

Gooood Morning Vietnam!
According to our news source Randy, we hear that some un-savory folks in Nawlins’ defrauded the government, while leaving many real victims without the Katrina aid that they very much needed. Obviously our reporter Randy never visited Nawlins’ prior to Katrina where he would have seen the utmost honesty and decency on any given night in the French Quarter. From this we can only say there are crooks everywhere in all places.
Speaking of Fraud:
Many of our Boys in Uniform are also up-holding the decency and honesty of America while representing us bringing Freedom (and a free capitalistic market) to the Iraqi People. Of course I think the Iraqi’s already knew this song and dance! (sound of a LP record being scratched and ripped).
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17025277/
And finally, “TO THE MOON ALICE”. A question has been asked in another forum if Nowak should be allowed to go back into space again. I think the answer is a resounding NO! If she cannot control her self on ground, we should not let her ever risk teh lives, of the crew of any mission again. Ground her! If you love him let him go!
Now we go to Dave in the weather room where the “flat earthers” and “anti global warmers” think everything is sunny and fine here at the tropical beaches in Antartica.

OK Randy
Billions are also being wasted (and stolen) in Iraq too. Halliburton has been a main contributor to that waste and theft by contract in Iraq. They have used their influence in congress to steal even more and avoid scrutiny. We also have no idea how much Exxon/Mobile has recieved in special deals either. These shady deals are hidden away under “National Security”.
Nawlins also had contractors and agencys that wasted far more than a few billion in no-bid contracts as well. Many of them quickly hired illegals at pennys on the dollar to do all of the cleanup work while they raked in massive profits for sitting on their laurels. So how can you scream about a few wastelifes in Nawlins’ that steal money (and many times get caught and arrested) yet not also scream about Contractors that Steal Billions of our taxpayer dollars every day?
You also may want to read up on Blackwater security. Now just how much were those mercenaries paid by taxpayers? We will never know.
If you were a true “Conservative”, you would start “Conserving” our dollars and not wasting them on Pork and no-bid contracts without oversite. You would demand oversite of your tax dollars!
If you follow the money trails you will truly see who controls the fraud too. Only then can you stop the crooks.
Oh and I don’t bash our troops, I bash the people that hide behind our troops, propagandizing, and waving flags, while committing crimes and mis-deeds in the shadows.
The troops are doing their job exactly as required. They are following orders!

Nuked, If (big if) those shady Halliburton & Exxon Mobil deals ever show up in the light, you’ll have a point to argue. Until then, it’s pure speculation.
I can complain (scream?) about the wastelifes in NO because they offered nothing productive in return. At least the free market contractors did something constructive.
Blackwater security? They’re an essential part of the rebuilding effort. Back in April, private corp personnel and NGOs were asked to leave the green zone to go to strategic areas in Iraq. Do you expect them to leave the green zone without security?
I beg to differ on your troop bashing. You responded to my post to make a point. You didn’t have to use the troops to do it. It was easy & convenient. Didn’t require much effort from your keyboard. But they’re in Iraq dodging bullets. You could’ve gone that extra mile and made your point without them.

Iran wouldn’t do that? That sounds like an expert opinion, don’t it?
Are you on the ground in Iran, scoping things out for the Luckovich blog? Have you deemed the Iranians to be nothing but Peace Mongering Sheepherders?
Iran will supply Hezbollah with surface-to-air missile systems in the coming months, boosting the guerrillas’ defences against Israeli aircraft, according to a report by specialist magazine Jane’s Defence Weekly on Friday, citing unnamed Western diplomatic sources.
Hey, you must work for the CIA, RE, they’re usually wrong too.

Guess who:
To see how liberal history is created, you need to tune into the nut-cable stations and watch their coverage of the Scooter Libby trial. On MSNBC they’re covering the trial like it’s the Normandy Invasion, starring Elvis Presley, as told by Joseph Goebbels. If you wonder how it came to be generally acknowledged “fact,” accepted by all men of good will, that Joe McCarthy was a monster, that Alger Hiss was innocent, that mankind is causing global warming and that we’re losing the war in Iraq, try watching the rewriting of history nightly on MSNBC. Don’t forget to bring your time machine.

Have you noticed a few strange things about the flap over Pelosi 1?
Why does she need a military transport at all? Didn’t she tell us for the last two years the Bushco was fear-mongering and there was no domestic threat? Now I’ll give her a pass on this one because there really is a threat and as disgusting as the thought is, she is second in line for the Presidency.
She’s throwing the Sargent at Arms of the House under the bus saying the requests are all his fault, but she isn’t stepping up to say she doesn’t want her taxpayer funded luxury jet to roam around on.
There are much smaller and more economical military planes that can go cross country than the one she…err he requested and even if there weren’t, why is she too good to land on a military base in middle America for refueling?
The excuse that she should do this because Denny Hastert had a plane makes no sense at all. Didn’t we hear over and over that the Democrats were going to change the way Washington works? So why are they now saying they have to do whatever the Republicans did?
Not a peep from the so called MSM. I guess they were too busy writing headlines that claimed Republicans were shutting off debate on Iraq, when what really happened was that Republicans refused to allow the Democrats to end the debate.
The wacky world of Washington marches on.
