I thought the panda had more responsible keepers than the two celebrities pictured.

The satirical cut at the corruptions of fame and fan adulation is well done. G.W. “Great Wall” Bush’s keepers have been unable to curb his megalomania, although, for the moment, the panda does not seem affected by it. Bush has been given a mandate by the voters to put an end to Bush’s War, to shut his ever-loving mouth and let the Democrats show him how it’s done, but in the throes of his megalomania, he persists in trying to disrupt the portion of the world which he has yet to disrupt. Our apologies, Tony Blair.

Significantly, we might add, Michael Vick’s keepers have done an excellent job with damage control after Mike’s unfortunate incident with his fingers. I applaud them and Michael.

Why don’t you try to get an insurance claim funded without one. See what happens. Lawyers are an easy target, but I would much rather habe one working for me than trying to go up against an insurance company alone

Edwards has a debt from his 2004 bid of more than $300,000. He is not obligated to pay off debts from a past presidential campaign before starting a new one.

In 2004, the former trial attorney got much of his financial support from other lawyers who were proud to see one of their own run for president. This time, he’ll have to compete for that base of voters with several other candidates with deep connections in the legal community, including former Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Joe Biden.

Kerry hosted a dinner at his Georgetown home Tuesday night for a handful of trial attorneys who supported his campaign in 2004 and who plan to again. Among them was Jacksonville, Fla., lawyer Rodney Margol, who said Edwards is no longer an officeholder who can help the trial lawyers’ cause since he gave up his seat in 2004 while pursuing national office.
