Yes, it is hard to know who was more foolish: Bush to think getting the Israelis to attack Hizbollah would help his sinking cause in Iraq; or Israel to think that Bush’s funeral procession was a victory parade.

Bush we know is stupid. But what about those legendary “smart Jews.”????

In WW2, “Operation Market Garden” failed because the allies advanced, “a bridge too far”.

Listening to Rice’s gap-toothed rocket tube testimony for WMDs and her recent pronouncements about how successful new Iraq is, we have to blame “a bridge to few”.

Hezbollah has lost it’s power:

Finally, this resolution clearly lays out the political principles to secure a lasting peace: no foreign forces, no weapons and no authority in Lebanon other than that of the sovereign Lebanese government. These principles represent a long-standing international consensus that has been affirmed and reaffirmed for decades — but never fully implemented. Now, for the first time, the international community has put its full weight behind a practical political framework to help the Lebanese government realize these principles, including the disarmament of all militias operating on its territory.-CondoleezzaRiceWashingtonPost

They’re finished.

The guy whose poster they are hanging everywhere, he’s gonna spend the rest of his short life trying not to get killed, hearing those Israeli footsteps, without any say at all in Lebanon’s future.

The wild card in the deal is Hezbollah. As the war dragged on, most pundits judged the group’s leader Hasan Nasrallah the big winner. But that will be true, paradoxically, only if he abides by the deal Siniora made and {{{withdraws his armed fighters from south Lebanon.}}} If he tries to resume the war, or continues to operate as Iran’s proxy, he will lose his new halo. U.S. officials believe that Nasrallah may have resisted Iranian pressure to continue the fight when he agreed to Siniora’s package. Meanwhile the Syrians, Nasrallah’s other patron, played no role at all in the diplomatic outcome, deepening their isolation.-WashingtonPost

Winning the fight is important, not just for political advantage but for the good of the country. The sad reality is that the Democrats have left behind the notion of a loyal opposition and instead become, at least in terms of their national leadership, an outright enemy of all things Bush. They offer obstruction, but no solutions. How would they solve the looming entitlement crisis? How would they have us leave Iraq without it looking like a huge American defeat? How would they deal with Hezbollah? How would they bring down energy costs?-Ame

But it was hard to concentrate on even such important matters as a hostile takeover of the Democratic Party by left-wingers, or further proof that our world is at risk from bloodthirsty, pseudo-religious savages. Even these weighty matters fade from the mind when confronted by scenes of an America still remaining for the most part as so beautifully planned and executed by her maker. Those in this country who question or doubt the importance of defending her against enemies both internal and external, should climb aboard a vessel like the Delta Queen for a while to remember why she’s worth fighting for.-AmericanSpectator

When it was discovered that Mr. Hajj had digitally manipulated his photos, at least one prominent Arab journalist was not surprised. “Sadly, things like this happen a lot, especially when your local fixers are openly affiliated and have a clear agenda,” explains Jerusalem Post reporter Khaled Abu Toameh. He adds that some of the Arab stringers and freelancers contracted by Western media outlets are “people who see themselves as foot soldiers for the cause.”-WashingtonTimes

There’s a scene in the movie Airplane where two heavily armed men in berets and one sweet old lady are walking through a metal detector. The buzzer goes off, and security grabs the elderly woman and throws her up against the wall as the two presumed terrorists proceed unimpeded. I wonder how many times something figuratively, if not literally, similar has actually happened.-AmericanSpectator

Rice Comment Intellectually Dishonest

Dr. Condi Rice is a brilliant woman but flawed because she refuses to bite the hand that feeds her. In other words, she continues to make spin commentary on Iraq and the Israeli-Hezbollah conflict out of fear she will lose her job like everyone else in the Bush administration. This is the most pathetic presidency since perhaps James Buchanan who preceded Lincoln. The good news is we will survive this presidency and hopefully restore America’s reputation down the road. In the meantime, there is this God-awful mess called Iraq and someone needs to be held accountable. Bush painted us into a corner and no one knows how to get us out. Worse, Bush has destabilized the mideast by invading Iraq and by unwavering support for Israel with nary a mention of Arab strife caused by the war. His commentary only serves to create more Hezbollahs. We should be finding out why many Arabs hate us rather than trying to decimate them. Israel has a right to defend itself, that much is true. But the manner in which they do so goes unchecked in this administration because Bush wears his religion on his sleeve. Anyone who has ever read an ounce of human history knows that religion and politics is a bloody mix.

Republicans?

Either the Red Menace IS no more, or it is Goldie and her Progressive friends who are “stuck in a time warp”. Which is it Goldie Golden Shower?

Moreover, I found this quick little sweeping of history under the rug to be SO typical of the Left.:

“This account is rife with errors — consider, for example, the suggestion that J.P. Morgan for decades entrusted its billions to the Communist Party’s “sugar daddy” — but that’s not the point. EVEN IF EVERYTHING STATED IN THE EDITORIAL WERE SOMEHOW TRUE, it would still be an attempt to tar Lamont because of the views or political activities of long-dead ancestors. If you’re going to play the bloodline game, at least stick to the still-living father — the Nixon administration official.”

In other words, the writer is unable to refute ONE significant fact from Ann Coulter’s column, and can only say “Move On”, history doesn’t matter.

Is it just my imagination, or are the terminal apologists for George Bush here getting more whiny and self defensive?

Nope, not my imagination!

Bush policies continue to be the greatest recruitment tools the Islamofascists have ever had. I bet Osama PAID him to invade Iraq! Osama hated Saddam (dang secular Arab!) and wanted him eliminated. He also knew there weren’t any terrorists there under Saddam (no WMDs either!), but figured (correctly) that a few years of an occupying force would transform Iraqis who just wanted peace and quiet into rabid anti-American zealots.

It worked!! With a ton of deceit and a minimum of effort Osama got just what he wanted. He couldn’t be happier!

And as a bonus, millions of Americans (an ever shrinking number, but still millions) still think Bush’s “stay the course” (or as that GOP whore Mehlman now puts it, “adapt to win”… what a joke!) is pure genius. Osama sees this rift between the practical majority and the insane minority and is mightily pleased! All accomplished with Bush doing all the work for him!

Thanks, George!

Americans Will Vote On Iraq This Fall

And the results will not be good for the GOP. Poll after poll shows Americans high disapproval for the mishandling of Iraq. Yes, politics is local but many “local” GOP reps are vulnerable, enough in the NEast to wrest House control from Hastert. I’m not a big fan of Nancy Pelosi but something has got to change. America is terribly on the wrong course! I would take Rep. Murtha for House Speaker any day of the week. The man has incredible insight and courage.

The GOP has had power long enough - its time for a fresh perspective. More importantly, the country needs checks & balances once again. Congress has been a lapdog to this administration and its about time for some accountability. Democrats will not “cut & run” - they can’t because Iraq will crumble into chaos beyond our worst imagination. But the current course cannot be sustained - there has got to be a better solution to this mess Bush created.

As to the pro-Bush Jewish person in this forum, I’d suggest he/she be prepared for decades. If you think decimating Hezbollahs and Hamas is the answer, history will say otherwise. The only way to find peace is to walk in the other person’s shoes. Granted, extremist Muslims will always be a problem but not like it is at the moment. Many moderate Arabs are fed up with the U.S tacit endorsement of Israel’s violent military solution to every flare-up. Daddy Bush had no problem pulling funding when Israel went too far. But Junior is too much of an ideologue to solve Middle East problems. Like Jay Leno said last night, “why would Bush be engaged in stopping wars - he only knows how to start them!”.

Iraqi Leaders Say U.S. Outlook Too Rosy

Some leaders in Iraq said overly optimistic predictions by U.S. officials could actually be hurting efforts to combat the insurgency that has grown since 2003.

By Tom Lasseter, McClatchy News Service

TIKRIT, Iraq - As security conditions continue to deteriorate in Iraq, many Iraqi politicians are challenging the optimistic forecasts of governments in Baghdad and Washington, with some worrying that the rosy views are preventing the creation of effective strategies against the escalating violence.

Their worst fear, one that some American soldiers share, is that top officials don’t really understand what’s happening. Those concerns seem to be supported by statistics that show Iraq’s violence has increased steadily during the past three years.

”The American policy has failed both in terms of politics and security, but the big problem is that they will not confess or admit that,” said Mahmoud Othman, a Kurdish member of parliament.

Rushncap,

I will have to disapree with you on certain points. The Republicans in the White House are neither abject failures or the sole historical losers in the White House. This is the political tool used by Democrats. Take any adverse news in America and reflect it as a personal Republican loss. Everything from hurricanes to terrorist activity is twisted to blame Bush.

What you are missing is the common sense approach of Americans who see Bush as STRONG. He can make decisions and sometimes they don’t work out well. But he does not cringe or slink away. He gets up, stands straight and makes the next tough decision. He confers with the top minds of the country. He is up to the job.

Democrats do not have a man like that. Not yet. Americans do not want a indecisive, not sure about America politician who will quiver when tough times come.

I find that Israelis have the qualities that Americans appreciate. They are our allies. And they don’t “quiver”. Maybe you see what I mean about this country and Bush. I hope so.

Iraqi Leaders Say U.S. Outlook Too Rosy

“They are telling the American public that the situation in Iraq will be improved. They want to encourage positive public opinion [in the U.S.], but the Iraqi citizens are seeing something different. They know the real situation.”

Othman said that top American officials spend most of their time in the heavily guarded Green Zone in Baghdad and at large military bases across the country, and don’t know what’s happening in the neighborhoods and provinces beyond.

Shiite Muslim parliament member Jalaladin al Saghir had a similar view.

”All the American policies have failed because the American analysis of the situation is wrong; it is not related to reality,” Saghir said. ”The slaughtered Iraqi man on the street conveys the best explanation” for what’s happening in Iraq.

Some U.S. soldiers in Iraq reluctantly agree.

”As an intelligence officer … I have had the chance to move around Baghdad on mounted and dismounted patrols and see the city and violence from the ground,” wrote one U.S. military officer in Iraq.

“I think that the greatest problem that we deal with [besides the insurgents and militia] is that our leadership has no real comprehension of the ground truth. I wish that I could offer a solution, but I can’t. When I have briefed general officers, I have given them my perspective and assessment of the situation. Many have been surprised at what I have to say, but I suspect that in the end nothing will or has changed.”

July Was Deadliest Month Of War For Iraqi Civilians

By Edward Wong and Damien Cave

BAGHDAD, Iraq, Aug. 15 — July appears to have been the deadliest month of the war for Iraqi civilians, according to figures from the Health Ministry and the Baghdad morgue, reinforcing criticism that the Baghdad security plan started in June by the new government has failed.

An average of more than 110 Iraqis were killed each day in July, according to the figures. The total number of civilian deaths that month, 3,438, is a 9 percent increase over the tally in June and nearly double the toll in January.

The rising numbers suggested that sectarian violence is spiraling out of control, and seemed to bolster an assertion many senior Iraqi officials and American military analysts have made in recent months: that the country is already embroiled in a civil war, not just slipping toward one, and that the American-led forces are caught between Sunni Arab guerrillas and Shiite militias.”

Perhaps, he is not much more than a dumb, tobacco chewing frat boy. But for goodness sakes, shouldn’t we expect more from a United States Senator? I believe it was a freudian slip of the tongue, that, ironically, would sell extremely well in the rural south.

His intent seems pretty clear when you read the following:

“Let’s give a welcome to Macaca, here,” Allen said. “Welcome to America and the real world of Virginia.”

And his rovian-like campaign staff cleverly tries to spin the meaning by saying that maybe macaca actually meant mohawk! WTF? As if an extremely educated man (he holds a J.D. from UVA) would mix up the two?!!!

And then there’s the “explanation” that the welcome to America line was for his political opponent. Riiiight….

“In an interview with CNN before Allen released his statement, Sidarth said he had introduced himself to the senator days before he made the remark.”

“He was doing that because he could, because he could get away with it,” Sidarth said. “I think he was just trying to, trying to point out the fact that I was a person of color, in a crowd that was not otherwise.”

The whole thing just smells rotten to me, and excusing it as a frat boy stunt is, IMHO, enabling not-so-subtle racism.

Nuff said…

Yes, Dusty, Bush is “strong”. And “decisive”. He boldly makes decisions. Which are almost always wrong. A great leader is not the one who is unafraid to make decisions. A great leader is one who is unafraid to make right decisions. Bush is yet to make his second right decision. I’d much rather prefer someone who is indecisive but takes his time and makes the correct choices over that infantile oaf in the White House whose sole virtue is that he makes decisions quickly.

If you were in the hospital for surgery, would you rather have a surgeon who takes 6 hours to operate because he is deciding on the best approach, and then keeps track of your progress, making sure that he made no mistake? Or would you rather have a surgeon who rushes in, takes an hour and a half, and “stands by” his decision as you develop life-threatening complications? The world is a complicated place. Making simplistic decisions is not a virtue.

That George Allen! What a cutup!!!

Senator Allen’s sister, Jennifer Allen, documents many cases of her brother’s bullying in her book Fifth Quarter: The Scrimmage of a Football Coach’s Daughter. Read the excerpts below.

Explaining why she is scared of heights, Ms. Allen writes that “Ever since my brother George held me over the railing at Niagara Falls, I’ve had a fear of heights.”

Referring to George’s relationship with one of her boyfriends: “My brother George welcomed him by slamming a pool cue against his head.”

Referring to George’s early leadership skills, Jennifer wrote: “We all obeyed George. If we didn’t, we knew he would kill us. Once, when Bruce refused to go to bed, George hurled him through a sliding glass door. Another time, when Gregory refused to go to bed, George tackled him and broke his collarbone. Another time, when I refused to go to bed, George dragged me up the stairs by my hair.”

Referring to George’s early career aspirations, Jennifer wrote “George hoped someday to become a dentist. George said he saw dentistry as a perfect profession - getting paid to make people suffer.”

You can see why Bush fans just love this guy. He reminds them of… Dick Cheney!

Thought I’d check out suck’s obviously ridiculous claim about sea level changes. (Not that I don’t trust his “scientific” credibility or anything!)

From The US EPA site:

“Measurements suggest that sea level has risen worldwide approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) in the last century. Part of that rise has been attributed to the historic warming of the atmosphere and the oceans. Approximately 2-5 cm (1-2 inches) of the rise resulted from the melting of mountain glaciers. Another 2-7 cm has resulted from the expansion of ocean water that resulted from warmer ocean temperatures.”

From the US Geological Survey:

“Global sea level and the Earth’s climate are closely linked. The Earth’s climate has warmed about 1°C (1.8°F) during the last 100 years. As the climate has warmed following the end of a recent cold period known as the “Little Ice Age” in the 19th century, sea level has been rising about 1 to 2 millimeters per year due to the reduction in volume of ice caps, ice fields, and mountain glaciers in addition to the thermal expansion of ocean water. If present trends continue, including an increase in global temperatures caused by increased greenhouse-gas emissions, many of the world’s mountain glaciers will disappear. For example, at the current rate of melting, all glaciers will be gone from Glacier National Park, Montana, by the middle of the next century (fig. 1). In Iceland, about 11 percent of the island is covered by glaciers (mostly ice caps). If warming continues, Iceland’s glaciers will decrease by 40 percent by 2100 and virtually disappear by 2200.”

From the US Dept. of Energy:

Question - How much has the sea level risen in the last century?

Estimates are about 10-20 cm.

From the University of Colorado:

Long term sea level variations are primarily determined with two different methods. Over the last century, global sea level change has typically been estimated from tide gauge measurements by long-term averaging. Alternatively, satellite altimeter measurements can be combined with precisely known spacecraft orbits to provide an improved measurement of global sea level change. Their stated rate of change is 0.4mm/year.

From the Center for Space Reasearch at University of Texas at Austin:

Most recent estimates of global mean sea level rise from tide gauge measurements range fro

Looks like I ran over the new word limit!

From the Center for Space Research at the University of Texas:

Most recent estimates of global mean sea level rise from tide gauge measurements range from 1.7 to 2.4 mm/yr. Alternatively, satellite altimeter measurements can be combined with precisely known spacecraft orbits to provide an improved measurement of global sea level change, especially over shorter periods.

So no matter how many sites I researched, (and there are many, many more), I could not find any mention of .000001 inch sea level increase over the past century. All the numbers I found are vastly larger. Hmmmmm…

“Well, no, I was thinking the fact that the Sea level has risen .0000001 inch over the last century as evidence enough that global warming is junk science.”

“But don’t you let FACTS like that deter you, “genius.””

Then this:

By Midori Want A Cracker?

August 16, 2006 03:23 PM

“My point being is that the sea level rise is so insignificant compared to the annuals of time…”

So your claim that the .000001 figure was a FACT, was actually a LIE, wasn’t it andy?

But why do you insist on living with these lies? Is it simply because “liberals” believe what you don’t want to believe? My goodness, man. That’s no reason!

Educate yourself! I’m not saying that everything in those scientific journals is completely accurate. Far from it. If you actually read them, in many cases, they admit that these are estimates and POSSIBLE solutions to a very, very complicated question. But when an OVERWHELMING amount of growing evidence supports the theory, why wouldn’t you look at it as credible? Some huge commie plot? Give me a break…

Well, Rushncap, we view the same facts with different interpretations. I will mention what Bush did and why I like it.

He was strong and undaunted after 9/11 and inspired the country. Afghanistan was freed from religious dictatorship and a new government was elected.

On Iraq, Bush, Blair and the congress saw the intelligence facts and they all voted in favor of war. Iraq was freed and that went well. But as life and terroristic fighting do not follow a set pattern, there have been setbacks. Our military are there fighting to save the freedom given to Iraqis. Do you call that a mistake? Is freedom important to us but not for others?

Your surgery analogy is interesting. You didn’t mention the kind of doctor who would stall on an appendectomy until peritonitis sets in. Nor would I want a flip-flop doctor who would start with the appendix and end up removing the thyroid. The basic weakness of Democrats is the inability to make decisions which of course, is the first step. They can find fault but they cannot introduce a thing that is better.

Maybe we will never agree. I’m sure we are both commited to giving the best for our country. But I think if we support and encourage our present administration, it will heal the split that is tearing America apart. Is it too much to ask to put politics aside for the good of the country?

Oh Dusty, you’re truly hilarious today! Ha, ha, ha!!!

Your guy Dubya is the main reason for the split in America. He chose to take America into an unnecessary war and occupation, and he did not want to discuss any other method of possibly removing Saddam. It was all WAR, all the way for Dubya. And there’s plenty of CIA analysts who are plenty p*ssed with your guy for claiming “the intelligence was bad.” The only bad intelligence was coming directly from the White House itself, and being manufactured by Cheney and Rumsfeld.

There’s plenty of information that’s been revealed in the last 5 years about what your guy did — you need to educate yourself and stop parroting the Fox News talking points. That’s poisonous stuff!

OMG, they are trying to stop W fron bombing Iran:

Retired Army Lt. Gen. Robert G. Gard, one of the letter’s signers and a former military assistant to Defense Secretary Robert S. McNamara in the 1960s, said the group was particularly concerned about administration policies toward Iran, believing them to be a possible prelude to a military attack on suspected nuclear sites in that country.

…”It’s not a crisis,” Gard said in a telephone interview. “To call the Iranian situation a ‘crisis’ connotes you have to do something right now, like bomb them.”

Only a military coup can stop this dictator. I doubt he will listen and the blood thirsty wingnuts will cheer him on to quench their sick, disgusting, cowardly hatred of the Iranian people.

“Blow me” is a figure of speech, just like .00001 is when used in a certain way, I’m kind of surprised you consider doing it in the literal sense.

That’s weird.

Alright let’s try this from a different angle, you apparently don’t understand what it is to be a sucker, it’s a self awareness issue, so I’ll go with your “facts.”

A centimeter equals .393700787 of an inch, if your government grant sucking agency says the sea level rose 20 cm, that would be 7.87 inches.

In a CENTURY.

Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha.

This menial, immeasurable rise could be caused by dam-n near anything, underwater lava releases, shifting plates, growing land masses.

But it all still boils down to who thinks we should wreck the economy of the United States over something as insignificant as that.

Which is typical of you pinko liberals to want to happen.

It’s just another socialist ploy.

Apprehensive that Bush’s “hard line” toward Iran is a “prelude” to a U.S military campaign against Iran, 21 former U.S. generals, diplomats and national security officials will release an open letter to the president tomorrow, demanding, according to the Los Angeles Times, a “a complete overhaul of U.S. policy toward both Iran and Iraq.”

The letter comes as President Bush has made a series of appearances and statements, including a visit Tuesday to the National Counterterrorism Center in McLean, Va., seeking to promote the administration’s record on security issues in advance of November’s midterm congressional elections.

“Then Butch Danish jumps in and attacks anyone holding Lying Andy’s feet to the fire.” (So inexplicably true.) “She is dumb as a rock…”

N-GA, even though she says the most incredibly stupid things some of the time, I don’t think she’s dumb. Just an ideologue.

What she is, however, is utterly lacking in class and most other desirable human qualitites like compassion and understanding. At least on this blog.

Look at her writings. I defy you to find one instance where she says something kind to someone. Kind, h&ll! One instance where she isn’t dumping all over them! Find one case where she has admitted to being wrong or even hasty about anything. It won’t happen.

To her hate speech is just rhetoric and bigotry is something to be fiercely proud of. And intense anger is a way of life. Even her moniker smacks of anti-islamic bigotry.

For instance, some weeks ago, I made a sincere and lengthy (you know me!) apology to her when I said that she must have rejoiced when those people jumped out of the WTC on 9/11. (One of those heated confabs where we were discussing her hero - Ann Coulter). She never even acknowledged it. Obviously, I didn’t expect so, but still you’d think her parents taught her better.

At other times, I’ve defended her against out-of-the-blue personal attacks by drive-by idiots. To my knowledge, she has never been even remotely decent to anyone here other than the four other republicans.

I’ve explained to her that the only times we butt heads is when she does, usually exactly what you described - stick her nose into things not even involving her! Like the post at 5:02.

RW, @@ and Dusty and I have certainly had our tiffs. And they will probably continue. But generally their opposing positions are adversarial, not hate filled.

But, as I’ve also noted before, BD just can’t seem to help herself. That’s why so much of the abuse she, aling with andy, gets is because they simply beg for it. It is a direct result of the venom that they sends out nearly non-stop into the universe. Strange, I know, but what else can you say?

Luckovich’s portrait of Condi Rice is strikingly hilarious. It has to be funny first, then cruel, and man it is funny. He’s a genius, sorry. That pinched face, the hair, the gap-toothed sincerity…which reminds me, in WW2, Operation Market Garden failed because we went “a bridge too far”, and ironically, we can blame Iraq war failure on Condi Rice’s gap-toothed presentation of WMD evidence, or “a bridge too few”.

Similarly, Luckovich’s portrait of Bush is always side splittingly funny. We’ve all seen Bush on TV 1000 times, and there IS that vacant countenance that Luckovich captures each and every time, like a well meaning Klutz who gets in big trouble just showing up time after time after time.

I still think that the greatest symptom of the dumbing down of america is the fact that we voted this bush fool in office twice, or at least enough of us voted for him so that Diebold voting fraud didn’t seem too proposterous. We all saw the ubiquitous bumper stickers for Bush ‘04.

Bumper Sticker Patriots…ALL!!

“Isn’t the opposition to the Iraq War mostly because it costs too much money?”

Maybe I was wrong and you are just dumb!

I don’t know if MOST of the opposition to the war is because of money. You’re the one with all of the answers. Like almost all very complicated issues, like US foreign policy, there are no childishly simple answers. Unless you think like a child.

As I’ve said before here, I have been opposed to the invasion of Iraq from day one. And it had absolutely nothing to do with the cost, you fool.

It had everything to do with not trusting the stories (read lies) I was hearing coming out of Washington. Like andy, they seem to have a little problem with FACTS!

But when there is a time for war, you can bet that our non-republican future leaders will have done the fighting. Look at our Congress - the gop is shamefully lacking in military and combat experience, especially compared with their non-republican counterparts. I mean, it’s not even close! These gop leaders simply don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to the most important charge of their lives. This war has been prosecuted with countless mistakes and they AND you won’t even admit it!

No war is ever going to go without major screw ups. And sure, it’s easy to sit back and criticize. But it’s even worse to sit back and close your eyes and ears and pretend it’s all going just lovely. In this debaucle, this administration has done an enormous amount of screwing up from the very beginning. Why is that so hard for you to see?

Another reason there were lots of “W” stickers two years ago is because two years ago he was running for President. Many people may have bought new cars, as Buy Danish brilliantly points out, or they may just use the sense God gave them and remove them after the successful election. Some people don’t use or possess that same sense. Of course a third reason is that you sore losers like to throw bricks through the windows of cars sporting anything other than “Save the Snails” or Freshmaker bumper stickers.

In an odd twist, the Morningside section of Atlanta is suddenly devoid of Gore/Lieberman stickers and before you tell me that’s the new car thing, I’ve seen cars as new as 2005 models with both Gore/Lieberman and Kedwards stickers there.
