The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
What “60M’s” Wallace would ask Bush if he had the chance Boston Globe From Suzanne C. Ryan’s Q-and-A with Mike Wallace:
Q. President George W. Bush has declined to be interviewed by you. What would you ask him if you had the chance? A. What in the world prepared you to be the commander in chief of the largest superpower in the world? In your background, Mr. President, you apparently were incurious. You didn’t want to travel. You knew very little about the military … The governor of Texas doesn’t have the kind of power that some governors have … Why do you think they nominated you? … Do you think that has anything to do with the fact that the country is so [expletive] up?

Mike, you know you will get more hate mail on this one. No wonder the President will not accept an interview with Mike Wallace, he does not give speeches in front of the people or he may end up like Ann last night. Merry Holiday!

Well, it seems that Bush won’t appear on Wallace’s show for the same reason we will never see Hillary on Fox. Go figure.

Notice how mike can’t make any comments on his own anymore? Talk about stealing “talking points”. Mike stick to your drawings. By the same token, what makes anyone qualified to be commander in chief? I’m sure Bill Clinton’s qualifications (under MIke’s standards) betters Bush’s by one, he went to school at Oxford. Whoop de dooo

What kind of fairy tale is this? Some “cute” liberal looked in her crystal ball and conjured up a bunch of lies to impress other dimwits. So dimwit Lucko liked it and repeats it. Out of nine lines there are at least three big lies incorporated into the questions. Thanks a lot, Luckovich, for your ethical contributions to this blog.

Bush has flip-flopped on whether there was a Saddam/al Qaeda Link. FLIP: BUSH SAYS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEEN AL QAEDA AND SADDAM… “You can’t distinguish between al Qaeda and Saddam when you talk about the war on terror.” [President Bush, 9/25/02]
FLOP: SAYS SADDAM HAD NO ROLE IN AL QAEDA PLOT “We’ve had no evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved in Sept. 11.” [President Bush, 9/17/03]

Geezur,
In a press conference in September 2002, six months before the invasion of Iraq, President Bush said, “you can’t distinguish between al Qaeda and Saddam when you talk about the war on terror… they’re both equally as bad, and equally as evil, and equally as destructive.â€?
Sounds a little different with the rest of the quote, doesn’t it?

Is this a “pinko lib” news source too??

Repubes love flip-flops when it is not their party, but can’t seem to say much when their own flip-flops are pointed out. I guess the terrorist win when you point out unpopular flip-flops.

First of all, cartoon boy, you have to be a kook lib to put the President of the United States on the same level of worthiness as some pinko tv reporter. Secondly, hypothetical situations are the playthings of a beaten, inconsequential political movement; the President as decided that you pinkos are not befitting of his efforts. Thus you are left only with your open ended hyperbole. Enjoy it!
Merry Christmas!

Geezur,
You start at a reporters question that makes an assumption and I guess you’re trying to call the President a flip flopper because he doesn’t agree with the assumption.
That’s a stretch, even for you.

Mike, Not too much hate on this one like I thought. If you want to upset right wingers, draw something about Ann Coulter(they love her) getting heckled for spewing hate or John Murtha(they hate him) for wanting to bring our troops home. Me, anything on corruption would be great. Here is a link you may enjoy Merry Holiday!

Andy,
Front page headline in the AJC-Fishwrapper edition:
AIR MARSHAL KILLS FLEEING PASSENGER
If you change AIR MARSHAL to JOHN KERRY and PASSENGER to VIETNAMESE KID, would the air marshal be up for a Silver Star?
By I Wish I Was Andy

RW: I’m sort of surprised that the pinko media hasn’t found a way to work Bush’s name into the FLEEING PASSENGER! headlines. It’s testimony to their continued impotency (don’t you pinkos go and post about any sexual connotations. Look at the context!)
Look at getalife 5:13: Oh, Mikey, star of my eye. I weally, weally wove ou. Pwease accept this wittle gift of apweciation. I’ll be your Dick Cheney if you just call me, sweetums.

RW, you do make me laugh. I just got a glimpse of that caricature of Saddam Hussein. Now that is funny. Looking at him was almost as good as your Jimmy Carter informational, rabbit et al. And you are right. There are some good cartoonists! Atlanta just doesn’t have one.

Dusty,
I liked the “Global Warming” and “Hugo Chavez”. I think Al Gore was one of the snowmen.

Naww, RW, that frozen, carrot-nose snowman was too lively looking to be Gore. What is Gore doing these days? Don’t hear much about him.
By the way, I watched Jim Lehrer interview Rumsfeld tonight. He is one tough hombre, that Rumsfeld. He answered all the catchy questions as smooth as glass. I don’t think he is afraid of anybody.

Al spent the 64th anniversary of Pearl Harbor giving a patriotic speech at this military installation.
I wonder if he ever looks at a national weather map when he does these things?

RW, from your link, sounds like Gore is once again gungho on global warming and the environment. Guess he got tired of inventing the internet (or was it TV). Anyway, I am folding my tents and slipping away. G’nite.
