Look’s like cartoon boy is trying to start a game along the lines of “Where’s Waldo,” except his game will be called “Where’s Bush?” I didn’t think his paranoid rage would allow him to direct his anger at anybody but a Republican. I guess the leaders of these pinkos hasn’t yet come up with a conspiracy theory on how to blame the Muslim riots in France on our President.

laugh it up ya’ll but what’s happening over there to Frenchy could easily happen here. We’ve opened our borders to all the tacos, onion heads, dot heads, changs and camel jockeys just like France. what makes you think they won’t turn on us just like they did in France? they don’t care this ain’t there country. feel free to jump on me for saying it but i’ll tell you this, the more immigrants i meet the more i find out how much they hate americans (black and white). we’re all the same to them.

Add to the list: incompetent government, Katrina blunders i.e. “heckuva job Brownie”, huge deficits, no new job creation, no plan for Iraq, no R & D for the future, no bid contracts and on and on…Quit whining about politics. d@mn ya’ll er ignert. one of them onion heads is from over there in pakystan that wears that onion head hat. a dot head is from over thar in india what done got the dot on they forehead. you know them fellers what done bought up all the stop-and-robs. a taco is one of them little b@sturdz that keeps slippin over the border. we oughta have a special huntin sesun jus for them.
Naw Andy, they got their own names for us. Most of you politically correct white people are too stupid to realize that other races and cultures are making fun of you right to your face. Ya’ll just ain’t got the stones to stand up for yourself.
It costs us (the ones who actually pay taxes) over 65 Billion (yes Billion) in food stamps and federal assistance to illegal aliens. they flood our schools and cause teachers undue stress because they have to dumb down the curriculum for students who can’t speak english, which punishes students whose parents fund the school system. Illegal aliens are typically paid in cash, otherwise they’d have a tax ID or SSN, in which case they don’t pay FICA, SUTA, FUTA or any other witholding tax that funds federal programs. They, illegals, show up at the emergency room for medical care and our government just allowed hospitals to bill the federal government for this. In addition, over 25 percent of the current prison population, by one estimate, is made up of illegal immigrants which costs us a few Billion per year to fund.

Andy, I normally agree with you, but JoeBob’s language IS NOT why they hate us. They hate us because we support Israel, because we have open govts. treat women as humans, etc. Did you see the anger in Jordon directed at Al Qaedi? The chants of death to Al Zaraqouwe (sp, sorry). I think Al Qaedi is soon going to be much more impotent. Iraq will stabilize, and moderate countries such as Jordon will not tolerate or support those heathens.

I’ve met a lot of immigrants myself, and with only a few exceptions, most are modest, hard working people looking for opportunity and a place to raise their family. American policy failure, with blame enough to go around, is no reason to denigrate those trying to better themselves. We would all take that chance if it was given to us. It’s called the American dream.

Hey, Joebob happens to be right on the economic issues. Also, the state of North Carolina gives illegal aliens in-state tuition prices and charges kids from Georgia out-of-state prices. Go figure. And, do any of you feel truly comfortable when middle-easterners come over here and study physics, ehcmical engineering, etc. I know, or assume, most are innocent, but it only takes a few to wreak carnage.

Buff, you’ve been feeding at the Bushie trough for too long. They hate us because we show so little concern or respect for any country but our own. They hate us because we care so little for the “collateral damage” we cause. Watch Lawrence of Arabia. The way the Arabs are exploited in the last half of the movie tells it all. The western world’s cynical manipulation of the middle east at the end of World War I set the stage for the Jihadists. Bush’s “they hate us because of our freedom” may be the single most stupid lie this administration has foisted off on poor dumb suckers like you, but there are many more far too numerous to enumerate.

Andy, make no mistake about it, I do not blame the illegals who come here wanting a better life for themselves and their families; I blame our fowl-dung pandering politicians. Both parties are so afraid of not winning the hispanic vote they are terrified. That vote will double in ratio in the next 50 years, as we whites become the minority. I will say this for the Africans, they come here legally and excel, and they LOVE this country and its freedoms and opportunities.
By joebob
November 10, 2005 08:49 PM | Link to this
Buff: you need to make a distinction. Not all Africans are black. Not all Africans are Christian. Africa is a continent not a country and is home to several races and cultures. Many South Africans are white, the decendents of dutch slave traders. Northern Africans are typically the decendents of Arabs (decendents of ancient Egypt and moorish expansion). Central Africans are black. Now to whom would you be referring?

JoeBob, you are right, I was wrong. When I said “Africans” I meant black people, but, of course, your post is on target. And, I hate the term “African-American,” I think I am allergic to hyphens. And, this is the internet, so, your slang about races is not a big deal to me. Look at how the libs and cons talk to each other on this site. Why should “minorities,” (another word I hate) be treated any differently.

Buff: this should make you feel pretty good then.
When I was working in Mexico a friend of mine mentioned to the locals that he was “Mexican-American”. When my friend was asked and replied that he was born the locals busted him big-time. They said “you were born in America, you are an American! It doesn’t matter that your grand-parents were from Mexico, you are an American”!
When I was in graduate school, I befriended a student from west Africa (Mauritania). A black student came up and said my brother” to which my friend replied brother? we are not brothers! I am from Africa, you are from America. We do not share the same family. How are we brothers? You are black and I am not? You Americans are so stupid. You claim to be part of something that you are not when you should be proud of where you are. You are not african. your parents were not african. Just because you are black does not make you african.

What a pathetic a* is/are ANDY & little friends. Taking credit for the word “pinko.” The word began in the late 1940’s and was HUGE in the 50’s an 60’s. Used by Republicans, McCarthy especially, to define anyone who did not agree w their extremism. “Red” meaning communists. “Pink” meaning something slightly less than “red.” Got it, Stupids?!? How is it possible that you are taught no historical fact, know nothing, yet spread your collective filth/ignorance on a public site? If the classification system had never been set up, then the problem with “African-American”, etc. never would have been an issue. If race was not put on forms, there would be no problem. Do away with the race category, and the labels will stop.

Schadenfreude is a German word meaning joy in the problems of others. Our Right wing types, like O’Reilly, have demonstrated a good deal of Schadenfreude concerning the French riots; they think it is comeuppance for French refusal to support the Iraq fiasco. But in France, left, right, and center were all vs. the Iraq war. The French are have their comeuppance, not about Iraq, but about their failure to deal with their immigration and racial problems. We have had similar racial problems with our urban riots, and our uncontrolled Hispanic immigration may soon enough give us riots in East LA and other centers of illegal Hispanic immigration. None of us can afford Schadenfreude.

“Pinko” was one of Archie Bunker’s favorite words. Most of his opinions were illogical and irrelevant. Anyone who is reduced to name calling to make his point is equally irrelevant. If you can’t put forth a logical, thoughtful point of view without being totally childish, there is no place for you in a serious discussion of serious issues.

Sure it is Bush’s fault. I saw where Seven Courson, retired from the Steelers, was killed yesterday while trying to fell a tree, and that was Bush’s fault too becuase he created th high winds. He is also responsible for the low SAT scores in Georgia, the bomb blasts in Jordan, the tsunami in Indonesia, Kim Jung Il II of Korea, starvation in Africa, Chavez of Venezuela, hungry Polar Bears, bamboo decline in China, the fact that the sun is getting hotter, and that the Braves lost in the first round again, and the Hawks and Thrashers dismal records, But, he is not responsible for gasoline prices falling by 23% since Labor Day.

Candide is reiterating the point that I made about 730 last night. read back.
I doubt that Germany could launch an adequate defense against France these days. You do raise a very good point, with so many illegals flooding into the United States with no loyalty to the current government, our country could easily be overrun and the government changed. There was a theory in the late 1970’s that became a movie in the 1980’s where communist forces would move up through central america and coordinate with offshore attacks that would split the country in two where we’d have to fight a three front war on our own soil.

I’ll never understand why the wingnuts beat up on France when dozens of other countries also refused to get sucked into Bush’s quagmire. Is it because the French are sort of a passive bunch? I suppose it’s easier to pick on the passive rather than someone who might kick you a$$.
What about the members of the tiny coalition who are leaving Iraq in droves? They saw the mess firsthand and changed their minds.
But I guess it’s easier to keep the feeble minded on one track so they keep bashing France. I think I’ll enjoy a nice bottle of fine French wine this weekend.

French wine is over-priced. California has some wines, especially, merlots and shirzaes, that are quite good. The only problem is that I hold Californai with nearly as much contempt as I do France. Oh, Australia also has some good imports for a reasonalbe price.

Rich, one of Bush’s big problems is that he does not use the media to his advantage. Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan were masters at finessing the news people, even when the media was after them. He is the prez and when he speaks they will come. One of the reasons for his low poll numbers is that he has been letting the Dems attack, attack, attack, with no reaction but to burron down in the White House. And, Carter, Reagan, Bush I, and Clinton all had approbal ratings in the 30s at times during their second terms. Huh, big media does not mentin that, do they?

The only problems that I have with Bush are: Osama Bin Laden still has not been captured. The focus needed to have stayed on that course. That would have shown the rest of the world that you don’t f^k with America. Number 2, he should have tried to maintain the unity that people felt after 9/11. He riled everybody up and we had a common enemy. It was impressive. That was the only time that I have ever seen Americans come together. It wasn’t liberal versus Democrat. Religion versus secular. Differences were set aside. Despite the awful tragedy, it was a good time in history.

Rich, if and I mean “if” five-ten years Iraq stabilizes and we are not needed there, the Saudis, Syria, and Iran head toward a democratic style of govt., would invading Iraq be worth the effort? Countries that have democratic forms of govt. do not war with each other, international conflict theory and research reveal just those facts. That is why Al Zarquewi (sp) are so desperate, and they are desperate. did you see the papers? Jordanians are demonstrating radical Islam. I believe that we are in a world war that may last decades; I pray I am wrong.

Here’s part of the Presidents address today.
*BUSH: Some Democrats and anti-war critics are now claiming we manipulated the intelligence and misled the American people about why we went to war.
These critics are fully aware that a bipartisan Senate investigation found no evidence of political pressure to change the intelligence community’s judgments related to Iraq’s weapons programs.
They also know that intelligence agencies from around the world agreed with our assessment of Saddam Hussein.
They know the United Nations passed more than a dozen resolutions, citing his development and possession of weapons of mass destruction.
Many of these critics supported my opponent during the last election, who explained his position to support the resolution in the Congress this way: “When I vote to give the president of the United States the authority to use force, if necessary, to disarm Saddam Hussein, it is because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a threat and a grave threat to our security.”
That’s why more than 100 Democrats in the House and the Senate, who had access to the same intelligence, voted to support removing Saddam Hussein from power.*

In response to the Pat Robinson disaster prediction for Dover Pennsylvania, President Bush ordered FEMA to mobilize there to help with the impending disaster. Ten billion in aid money will be used to help with whatever happens, Haliburton won the no-bid contract, work will start immediately.
President Bush also said he might create another cabinet post to help administer such disasters in the future, the Department of Religion and Christianity.

OK I’m back. Had to respond to that. RW, it’s called maniulating the evidence and getting people to believe what you want them to. That’s what this whole investigation is about. Bush and his cronies are trying to put on another spin. Take away from the real and present situation. That is why most people in America now feel they can’t trust Bush and the White House. Hellooooo.

Of course they sided with him. If someone keeps showing you false information over and over and over eventually one may start to believe. In this case the whole nation believed. It’s not a matter of wheteher the Democrats agreed to go to war or not, it is were they tricked in to it. Sure they voted for war, butonly after the manipulation. They are two separate issues. Cause and effect. If the information had not been manipulated then I doubt many would have supported this war.

“There is real threat, in my judgment, a real and dangerous threat to American in Iraq in the form of Saddam Hussein.” • President Bush, 10/28/02
“The Iraqi regime is a serious and growing threat to peace.” • President Bush, 10/16/02
“There are many dangers in the world, the threat from Iraq stands alone because it gathers the most serious dangers of our age in one place. Iraq could decide on any given day to provide a biological or chemical weapon to a terrorist group or individual terrorists.” • President Bush, 10/7/02
“The Iraqi regime is a threat of unique urgency.” • President Bush, 10/2/02
My favorite: “There’s a grave threat in Iraq. There just is.” • President Bush, 10/2/02

I remember not too long ago it was in the news that Bush said God told him to go and free Iraq. Then his people tried to deny that God talks to him. Pat Robertson said God talks to him. Gives him the inside scoop on things. Wonder if they are on a conference call at the same time. If God does talk to them why would Bush’s people try to deny that. Why would a christian deny that he communicates with God.

I find a quote!
“The community of nations may see more and more of the very kind of threat Iraq poses now: a rogue state with weapons of mass destruction, ready to use them or provide them to terrorists. If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow.”

Like Kimberly said it isn’t that hard to find them:
“In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security.” — Hillary Clinton, October 10, 2002

Kimberly,
I think that is a very rational statement, based on the intee we had at the time.
When, I and other conservatives on this blog, point out the same statements various Democrats made, we don’t ridicule them or call them liars. I think their statements were just as rational based on what we knew at the time.
Remember, the Kay report said that while there did not appear to be any large stockpiles of WMD, Sadaam was in many ways far more dangerous than we had thought when we invaded.

Ok, Ok, lets take this from the top. Manufacturing jobs create things. When we create things we sell them to others. When we sell we make a profit. Profit is good. When we lose manufacturing jobs we stop creating things. When we import and borrow to maintain a certain standard of living we go into DEBT! Debt is bad. When we’re in debt we have to pay interest. When we pay interest there is less money for things that are good. Like helping our children to learn and be equipped for the challenges ahead. Some of you are real stupid. You write the same dumb stuff over and over seemingly unaware of how foolish you are. I only visit this Blog occasionally. But the same crap is repeated. You are too stupid to be a conservative.

I’m wondering though… If Saddam had WMD, um… why then did he wind up in a “spider hole” with only a pistol, his regime toppled, his palaces looted, and his sons’ bloodied corpses paraded through the global media… Why would a well-armed evil tyrant make no significant defense of everything he held most dear? Hmmm… so many more questions than answers, as always. Toodles!

When fascism comes calling on the USA, it will be wrapped in a flag and carrying a cross.
As for the racist (re dotheads, onion heads etc) JoeBob. Hey Joe, here’s an idea. Why not lock them all up in concentration camps? Then you can go after the Jews, just like your god Hitler did. But, why stop there, why not go after all non-Christians?
You disgust me. I disgust myself for voting Republican. From now on out I will vote Libertarian. Until the Republican party moves away from fascism and stops appealing to the racists and war-mongers like JoeBob and Andy, they can count true conservatives like me OUT of their “base”. I would not be seen dead collaborating with fascists.
The elections last week are just the start. If you fascist base think it means nothing, go back and read the comments by your fascist party in 1994.
After all the money raised and spent by The Nationalist Facist Republican Christians-only party, it just goes to show that propaganda is miles more expensive than the truth.
