The confirmation vote follows the Senate's decision on Friday to advance Kavanaugh's nomination to the final floor.

If no senator changes his or her cloture vote, then Kavanaugh will be confirmed by a vote of 51-49. The vote is expected to be taken sometime between 3:30-3:45 EDT.
