Two wounded in Dunwoody drive-by shooting
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Two men were wounded Thursday night in a drive-by shooting outside a Dunwoody apartment complex, police said.
The shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. at the entrance to the Peachtree Place North Apartments off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Dunwoody police Sgt. Mike Carlson said.
Uriel Rodriguez, 18, and Primetieo Sanchez, 31, were walking along an access road when a white Ford F-150 truck occupied by several Hispanic males approached them from behind, Carlson said.
Someone in the truck began shooting, hitting Rodriguez and Sanchez in the abdomen.
Rodriguez was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition, while Sanchez was taken to Atlanta Medical Center, also in stable condition.
Police have not released a motive for the shooting, and have made no arrests.
