Two killed in Carroll County wreck
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Two Carrollton men were killed Sunday night in a two-car wreck on a Carroll County highway, authorities said.
The crash happened about 9 p.m. on U.S. 27, Georgia State Patrol spokesman Gordy Wright said.
Wright said a Saturn driven by 67-year-old Robert Lee Addison pulled into the path of a southbound Mitsubishi Montero. The Montero "t-boned" the Saturn, killing Addison and his passenger, Charles Junior Johnson, 59.
The Mitsubishi driver, Alexandra Marjorie Vick, 19, of Rome, sustained only minor injuries, Wright said. He said no charges are anticipated in the crash.
