Jeff Teague is going to Houston.

The Hawks point guard will participate in the Skills Challenge event as part of the NBA All-Star game festivities later this month.

Teague will represent the Eastern Conference along with the 76ers’ Jrue Holiday and the Pistons’ Brandon Knight. The Western Conference will be represented by the Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard, the Rockets’ Jeremy Lin and the Spurs’ Tony Parker.

This year’s All-Star Game will be played at the Toyota Center in Houston on Sunday, Feb. 17.

The Skills Challenge will be contested on Saturday, Feb. 16 along with the Slam Dunk Contest, 3-point Shooting Contest and Shooting Stars Competition. The Skills Challenge features players competing in a two-round timed competition with dribbling, passing and shooting stations.

In the Slam Dunk contest, the West will be represented by last year's champion Jeremy Evans of the Jazz along with the  Clippers’ Eric Bledsoe and the Nuggets’ Kenneth Faried. The East will include the Pacers’ Gerald Green, the Raptors’ Terrence Ross and the Knicks’ James White.
