Sheriff: Winder man stabs guest to death

A 18-year-old Winder man has been charged with murder after authorities say he stabbed to death a 50-year-old man who was a guest in his house.
Barrow County Sheriff's deputies arrested Justin Baber in Friday's killing of Winder resident Marty Wilson.
The Sheriff's Office said an altercation erupted at Baber's home, on Clacktown Road, early Friday morning. After Baber stabbed Wilson, he fled with the knife, the Sheriff's Office said. Baber was arrested without incident late Friday night.
He is charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime and tampering with evidence.
Investigator Matt Guthas said deputies recovered the murder weapon after receiving tips from witnesses. Guthas said the issue that prompted the altercation remains under investigation.
