Q: How many sets of Rockette dancers are there, since there are shows that go on in different cities at the same time?

— Martha Hunt, Hoschton

A: There are three sets each of about 22 Radio City Rockettes in the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular” theatrical tour, one set of 18 in the national arena tour and two sets each of 36 dancers in New York, said Lauren Loeb, a spokeswoman for New York-based MSG Entertainment. MSG Entertainment’s live events include the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular,” which has traveled to more than 43 cities across North America. This year’s theater tour was performed in Atlanta, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Seattle and Dallas, and the arena tour expanded to 31 cities.

Q: Does the state of Georgia audit or exercise any oversight into the affairs of the University System Athletic Associations?

— Mitchell L. Easter,
Cumming

A: As a cooperative organization of the Board of Regents/University System of Georgia, any athletic association affiliated with a university system institution must comply with the regents’ rules for cooperative organizations, said University System of Georgia spokesman John Millsaps III. This includes adhering to the regents’ ethics and conflict of interest policies. He said the board of regents does not conduct audits of cooperative organizations, but these organizations, by law, must conduct internal audits.
