Police search for missing 85-year-old

Police are searching for a missing 85-year-old disabled man in Rockdale County.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation issued a Mattie’s Call for Fredrick Cabot Skolfield on Monday night.

Skolfield was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Monday at a home in the 2500 block of Valleydale Drive in Conyers.

He has Alzheimer’s and was wearing a life saver bracelet, the GBI said.

Skolfield is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 175 pounds with blue eyes and grey hair. He has a receding hairline, police said.

Skolfield may be walking or driving a 2003 silver Jeep Cherokee.

Anyone with information about Skolfield’s whereabouts may call 911 or the Rockdale Sheriff’s Office at 770-482-4200.
