Teen hurt after leaping from moving school bus

A Roswell teen was injured Wednesday after jumping out of a moving school bus.

The bus was traveling south on Roswell Road when the 16-year-old passenger opened the rear door and jumped, according to Sandy Springs Police spokesman Steve Rose.
The Crossroads High School student sustained non-life threatening injuries, Rose said, and was transported to North Fulton Hospital.
