Summertime discounts on Atlanta attractions
Are you planning to stay close to home this summer? Don't miss out on visits to some of the best local attractions!
Here are some ways to save a few bucks on visits to three of Atlanta's favorite attractions — Six Flags Over Georgia, the Georgia Aquarium and catching an Atlanta Braves game!
- All summer long, visitors pay a $29.99 admission to Six Flags Over Georgia - a 25 percent savings! This one low price applies to visitors of all ages. Skip the ticket lines and print out your entry tickets at home and head to the entrance gate to start the fun. And while you're online, save more time by booking and pre-paying your parking in advance (a crazy one-day rate of $15).
- A new Summer Splash Pass! from the Georgia Aquarium gets you unlimited entry for three months from the date of ticket purchase. The unlimited entry ticket is $40 for each adult, child or senior. What's more is that passholders can bypass the ticket lines for immediate entry. http://www.georgiaaquarium.org
- Plan to attend Kid's Day at Turner Field on Sunday, June 7 when all upper level tickets will be priced at just $5 for kids age 14 and younger. The $5 ticket also includes a visit to the Braves Museum. Other deals include two-for-one Upper Reserved tickets every Tuesday (two tickets for $8) and two-for-one Field/Terrace Pavillion tickets (two tickets for $22) every Wednesday. And celebrate at Turner Field on your birthday when admission is free. http://atlanta.braves.mlb.com
