Internet provocateur Andrew Breitbart, who posted the edited video that made federal agriculture official Shirley Sherrod a household name, implied in an interview Thursday that he's the real victim.

"I am public enemy No. 1 or 2 to the Democratic Party, the progressive movement and the Obama administration based upon the successes my journalism has had," said Breitbart, who told Politico the controversy that followed the release of Sherrod's tape was manufactured by President Barack Obama and his allies.

Bretibart didn't offer any apologies to Sherrod, saying she still harbors racist sentiments.

"If anybody reads the sainted, martyred Sherrod’s entire speech, this person has not gotten past black vs. white," he said.
