The Greater Atlanta Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure will host the annual Worship in Pink Weekend during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The grassroots program will be held Friday through Sunday.

Komen Atlanta asks local churches, mosques and synagogues to help spread the message about the importance of early detection. Each participating faith-based organization is provided with an online program planning kit and free breast health information packets.
